They were released to return for their hearing???
Here is a case that underscores the problem of over-crowding in our jails. This is the time to re-order our priorities re: who goes to jail. This was a person-to-person assault type crime. This was not a victimless crime. Some of these criminals belong in and some don't. I think these guys whould have been held.
