The Disciplined employee’s son working for the fire department shut down business together on May 20, 2014, during Memorial Day holiday weekend.

The business shut down caused employer financial and personal distress. Furthermore it damages the business’s reputation and resulted in loss income.
Details regarding the facts
If this historic landmark motel was in this shape that the Fire Marshal described, as its owner, I agree that it should be demolished. I disagree with the Fire Marshal’s statements and seek to rectify these claims and financial harm in court. My motel was given two days to restore and upgrade multihull area. Later, many allegations made by the employee who was caught embezzling funds were proven false accusations.
My employee embezzled my small business ‘funds. She used personal connection fire department friends with friends and family in fire department to harass my business after being disciplined for embezzling fund. The fire department violated my fourth Amendment rights to US Constitution to be protected. Employee is responsible for actions of her personal friends and family who abused their fire department credentials to gain access to my building and damage it in retaliation.
The Fire Inspector cannot come to my property, broke lock and ransack all of my building from10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and then make false accusations and condemn my property 3 p.m.(all of which occurred on May 20,2014) without me first receiving information or a notice of some kind.
Supporting documentation:
Exhibit 1+2: proof of historical site: Westmoreland news article from Thursday August 17, 1995.
Wakefield Hotel was built in 1920 and might be older than indicated in the attached article. Mr. Ralph and Agnes Freeland bought the property on July 23, 1952 from Dorothea Homes. They decided to build a motel on the property where the hotel stood ever since. The foundation for the motel was laid on November1, 1954. The motel, under different management, is still operation today. The motel is 60 years old. The Wakefield Motel is only survived of five hotels.
Assistant Fire Marshal, Mr. Billy Hux, alleged violation of Title 13. Housing (Board of Housing and Community Development Charter 51 Effective Date January 3 2011)
This is false accusation since the entire building was rewired in 2005 by a licensed master electrician and meets current NEC Code.
Exhibit 3: My Master Electrician license was reinstated (NEC National Electric Code)
The building is further maintained, operated and own by me, an experienced licensed building engineer with over 35years of experience. I care about the safety of my building, and I never store any volatile or combustible liquid inside my building. All we store is standard household products, such as Clorox, laundry detergent, liquid soap, toilet cleaner or latex paint, drywall mud etc.
Exhibit 4: First class steam engineer (this is First class building engineer in DC)
Alleged Violation of Title 13 Housing,
Accusation from 1 to 17 is mostly false accusation or minor maintenance problem but no any violation justified shut down my business and condemns my motel and called “Death Trap”

1, Mr. Billy Hux came to the office demanding Celia (Motel Manager) for the Certificate of Occupancy.
She said that we did not know the certification occupancy. Mr. Billy Hux wrote correct by immediately which put me in the corner as it seem to be Zoning violation, I spent over $20,000 in useless upgrade in order to get the certification occupancy in result significant damage my property. NEC Code 110.26(A)(1)(a): Dead Front Assemblies to 30 inch. However, the existing electric equipment is 24 inch and the width of Main corridor is 36 inch. I plan all electric equipment moved to outside, although existing panel board met code (30 inch). But newer panel board encloses and wire way violated current NEC Code and now main corridor must shut down main corridor for 60 years.. I have never seen this type of Certificate of Occupancy.
Exhibit 5: The certification occupancy.
2. We have all of the lighted LED Exit signs and LED emergency lights. They all work perfectly.
One of the two emergencies LED light was not working, and we can replace with new light in 10 miniatures.
This is a false accusation.
3. We had two fire extinguishers on each side of the two side building wall, for a total of four. We also had three fire extinguishers in the office. A few of these seven extinguishers might be expiring, but all of their indicators are currently green.
I replaced all seven fire extinguishers in four hours.(two hours travel to Home Depot and replace ti for two hours)
4. We have five metal store gondola and six feet high and four feet wide.
If it was violate. We could adjust shelve in 5 miniature.
5. This is a false accusation (we have no combustible material inside building).
6. I am a master electrician wired and 99% all out let grounded and all bath rooms and kitchen sink GFCI. All wiring met all current NEC Code
Only three rooms kitchen sink; furthermore, three (out of about 50 GFCI in this building) have no GFCI. However I wired bathroom GFCI load side and it is safe and protected. Laundry room which was closet had no GFCI. I could replace it in 5 miniatures because these room’s utilities boxes were too shallow to install GFCI.
7. How many small property owners have this type of record? We are too small property to hire the fire prevention contractor. We deal with home depot.
8. Our insurance company, The Penn National, requires a wired smoke detector, so we have fourteen wired smoke detectors in our room, and another seven rooms with battery powered smoke detector. Some were not working, but we replace them in a few minutes. Though it is legal to require smoke detector in living area, I neglected this because they do not help much in terms of safety. All of our rooms are smaller than 250 square feet and all are on the ground floor. Smoker detectors in living room are the law, but they are not much help for our customer’s safety. This is why I neglected this rule.
However I replaced it in a few hours.
9. Mr. Billy Hus confuses our property a huge hotel or an apartment. We are small motel less than 6000 square feet.
There is no mechanical, boiler, electric room; but there is one main electric cut off and three sub panel.
Existing panel label faded. We could correct it.
10. All Electric Panels meet NEC working space: NEC 110.26 or location NEC article 100.
The main Switch is over 60 years’ old and Dominion Electric Meter was which installed before NEC Cord: 110.26 working space existed. There is newer wire way which violated NEC Code:(120.26. 30 Inch dead front assemblies but it is 24 Inch)

)
11. I used a flat head surge protector power strip in all twenty one rooms in order to save space and protect the outlet , and TV plug from being bumped by the TV stand furniture . However, these are not extension cord; they are Surge and over load protected power strip.
Exhibit: 6
12. We do not have extension cords in the building. He misunderstands RJ-45(CAT 5) cabling for power extension cords and accused us of using such cords.. There are many RJ-45(CAT 5) network cables or coaxial for our cable TV, in the building, especially in the attic. Six net cameras and the internet are connected to Alexandria to operate remote reservation system, cash register, WIFI. I am an A+ Computer certified professional. As previously state are no power extension cables in the building.
Exhibit: 7
13. This is true, I would covered this up.it is big problem to conceal the area. However this is an open area, so it is easy to cover up In 30 miniatures
14. This is false accusation. The west side main panel in the laundry room has a light. The main panel and service equipment in the corridor also have lights.
The three sub panels in attic are illuminated by the attic hall way light.

15. All room are 100% nonsmoking. We have two “Smoke’ out post site saver Cigarette
Receptacles” oust side but customers sit outside in front of their rooms and use a soda can or cup on the Air-conditioning metal cabinet as an ash tray while smoking this has not caused a fire and is not dangerous.
Exhibit: 8
16. We have no boiler and boiler room. We do have four electric domestic hot water heaters and our building 100% Electric building and no gas used. This is entirely false accusation. There are no volatile flammable liquids or gases in the building only have latex paint, laundry soap, Clorox and toilet cleaner. Etc.
17. There are a lot of items which customer’s left behind, include surplus furniture, appliance, maybe even “truck load” However, we discard everything, which could be worth thousands of dollars, because it was only one day until Memorial day. However, there are no combustible liquid or But there are no combustible materials.
These 17 accusations are mostly false and intentional harm my business and ruin me.
Exhibit: 9 this is main corridor to access from room 10 to room 19 for over 60years.
After useless upgrade which change electric panel board encloses (cover), and closed corridor.
Exhibit: 10 Condemned Sign, Posted on Main Entrance Door and Wall. Order all customers evacuate before mid-night at 3 p.m. May 20, 2014 after several hours ransack from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 and left and come back at 3 p.m.
None of these accusations should justify condemning this motel, causing thousands of dollars in financial damage, damaging my property, or calling my beautiful motel a “death t
