Corbett is of the same ilk as our Republican township supervisors...RINO's.
Tom Corbett is the single member of the Tom Corbett Party. He screwed us all.
I usually vote R, but I hope Wolf wins the primary. He's the ONLY D I'll vote for.
Schwartz and McCord showed their true colors with the stupid mud slinging ads. McGinty doesn't have a chance.
Wolf will beat out Corbett in November.

Education cuts were from the federal govt run by the most inept group of democrats ever not Corbett. As far as gas tax goes. Do you really believe the tax won't be passed on to you and every other natural gas user in the state taking more money out of the pockets of the Middle Class? I really don't care if they pass a gas tax as long as the money is NOT spent on education as it will go directly to teachers unions to pay for pensions and pay raises and not one penny will ever reach a child in school. Keep on complaining but save your tears for election day. You are going to need them when Corbett blow your guy out of the water with a record defeat. By the way how's that 1%er millionaire Wolf doing for you? Did he have your back when he proposed raising taxes on the middle class? Try to find an intellect and make an informed choice before the election.

Cuts to our most vulnerable citizens
Governor Corbett cut the Department of Welfare by $1.03 BILLION in his first year as governor. In Governor Corbett’s second year he proposes:
•Cutting the total funding in the Department of Public Welfare by $29.6 million. However $766 million will actually be cut from the DPW programs. The DPW’s overall budget has required set costs that will increase, such as litigation, federal statutes and inflation, to make up for theses set increases, Corbett cut $766 million from programs that help the 2.1 million people in PA that the DPW serves.
•Cutting $300 million from the Medical Assistance program. These cuts are in addition to the 150,000 thousand people, including 88,000 children, that have already been cut off of medical assistance in Gov. Corbett’s first year as Governor of Pennsylvania.
•Terminating $150 million in cash assistance program that helps low income people with a medically verified temporary or permanent disability who do not qualify for federal assistance.
•Cutting $168 million, a 20% reduction, by consolidating seven programs through a block grant. Programs include: community mental health services, behavioral health services, Act 152 Drug & Alcohol, intellectual disabilities, special grants for county child welfare, and assistance for the homeless. Gov. Corbett claims the Human Services Development Fund Block Grant will allow counties more “flexibility” in spending. However there will be a reduction of $168 million for counties to provide services. So there is ‘flexibility’ in spending much less funds.
•Cutting $170.3 million by changing Medical Assistance Eligibility Criteria for benefits. Changes in criteria include minimum work requirements for medically needy recipients,‘tightening’ definitions of medical conditions, clarification of what medications are necessary for someone to work.
•Cutting hospital and nursing facilities reimbursements by $59million, a 4 percent reduction.
•Cutting funding for Trauma Centers, Burn Centers, Obstetric and Neonatal Services and Critical Access Hospitals by 10%.
•Cutting eligibility for General Assistance, these cuts will end health care for tens of thousands of chronically ill adults.
•Increasing the monthly premium that workers with disabilities must pay for health care coverage through the Medial Assistance for Workers with Disabilities program, premiums could go up by 50 percent
