What I find so worrying in Beck’s remarks — and the fact that millions of Americans take him seriously — is that only Mitt Romney can do God’s work in the White House, or that he will be God-ordained to do whatever he pleases. That’s how we get into holy wars, where the commander claims some kind of divine inspiration to vanquish evil in the world. I worry because those are the very fundamentals that drive the leadership of Iran and the former leadership of Afghanistan. Those fundamentals are the very last thing we need in the White House.

Humans make stupid or smart choices based on the factors that humans choose to consider, and they do it whether or not God is in the picture. That’s why people who claim to be rightly guided, doing God’s work, engage in torture or get caught fondling little boys or having extramarital affairs.

President George W. Bush had to publicly repudiate the words of Lt. Gen. William Boykin shortly after the 9/11 attacks when Boykin described the war on terrorism in Christians-versus-Satan terms. Boykin has made clear he believe Islam is evil, and that America is fighting Islam, not just terrorists. Beck has had Boykin on his radio show to give endorsements of Romney.

The problem with such attitudes is that a failure of Romney to win could somehow mean his opponents think they have a God-endorsed right to do as they like to oppose Obama. That’s why, after the results are announced, I’ll turn my attention to Lubbock, where County Judge Tom Head is preparing for civil war if Obama is re-elected.

Let the war begin.HAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!! !

This is what kinda guy Romney is,,,,,,, the voters saw thru his moron. His campaign staff didnt !!!
LOL!

Mitt Romney cuts off campaign workers credit cards, leaves workers stranded:

Mitt Romney showed the size of his largess when after losing the election he cut off funding to the credit cards for thousands of his staffers, leaving some stranded and without a revenue source.

Many campaign workers found themselves in restaurants, or cabs with an anxious vendor waiting to be paid and the staffer’s credit cards declined. Mitt Romney left them holding the bag, and he was no longer willing to foot the bill. Some workers found themselves stranded in strange cities across the nation, hundreds or thousands of miles from home, without a penny in their pocket and no plan of action to take next.

This entire scenario is a window into the type of man Mitt Romney is at his core. When there is nothing to lose, and the cameras are not rolling, he is a ruthless individual.

Mitt Romney Shuts Off Campaign Credit Cards After Concession Speech, Staff Stranded
Mitt Romney's campaign staff got a rude surprise after their candidate lost on Tuesday night. Campaign workers found that all the credit cards issued by Romney/Ryan 2012 campaign were canceled as soon Romney finished his concession speech.
This fiscally conservative decision left some workers stranded while trying to make it back home.
NBC’s First Read blog reports:
From the moment Mitt Romney stepped off stage Tuesday night, having just delivered a brief concession speech he wrote only that evening, the massive infrastructure surrounding his campaign quickly began to disassemble itself. Aides taking cabs home late that night got rude awakenings when they found the credit cards linked to the campaign no longer worked.

So apparently 'bully' has become a synonym for 'someone demanding that you stand on your own two feet, defend your stance with evidence and dignity, and avoid using bigoted, fringe rhetoric in doing so'.

Or is it that you call me a 'bully' because you have no better title for a person that is hounding you for attempting to disseminate outlandish ideas with no basis in truth? Hell, you accuse the president of being communist when it's obvious you have no idea of what one is. And no, copying a dictionary definition here doesn't work. Especially not after Obama's healthcare plan reads less like communism and more like a love letter to the capitalist interest of insurance companies.

You don't even know what you actually believe. Except that you love sprinkling racism in among your (dwindling) demented conspiracy copy-jobs.

A 40% tax on "Cadillac Health Care Plans" starting in 2018.

Those whose employers pay for all or most of comprehensive healthcare plans (costing $10,200 for an individual or $27,500 for families) will have to pay a 40% tax on the amount their employer pays.

The 2018 start date is said to have been a gift to unions, which often have comprehensive plans.( ATR.org )

Mitt Romney left his staffers high and dry the minute he found he lost. Staffers nationwide were in restaurants or getting a cab to head home after working hard campaigning for HIM only to find they were stranded and good ole Willard Mitt Romney gave orders to cancel all credit cards of staffers....Some were stranded without funds to get to where they were going...

Wake up America--IF this man treated his staffers this way---God only knows how he would have treated the American people if he made it into office. So disingenious, those supporters and staffers campaigning for him worked hard and this is how you repay them Mitt?? Wow..Mitts true colors came out.........I bet he didnt cancel his card with a jet and limo lined up to drop him and his kids off at his 4 homes and their homes LMAO!

The Obamacare “Haircut” for Medical Itemized Deductions

– a $15.2 billion tax increase:

Currently, those Americans facing high medical expenses are allowed a deduction to the extent that those expenses exceed 7.5 percent of adjusted gross income (AGI).

This tax increase imposes a threshold of 10 percent of AGI.

By limiting this deduction, Obamacare widens the net of taxable income for the sickest Americans.

This tax provision will most harm near retirees and those with modest incomes but high medical bills.

The Obamacare “Special Needs Kids Tax”

– a $13 billion tax increase:

The 30-35 million Americans who use a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) at work to pay for their family’s basic medical needs will face a new government cap of $2,500 (currently the accounts are unlimited under federal law, though employers are allowed to set a cap).

There is one group of FSA owners for whom this new cap will be particularly cruel and onerous:

parents of special needs children.

There are several million families with special needs children in the United States, and many of them use FSAs to pay for special needs education.

Tuition rates at one leading school that teaches special needs children in Washington, D.C.(National Child Research Center) can easily exceed $14,000 per year.

Under tax rules, FSA dollars can be used to pay for this type of special needs education.

This Obamacare tax provision will limit the options available to these families.

DETROIT — Only a couple of weeks after Barack Obama won the presidency in 2008, the man who would become his Republican challenger in the next election penned a New York Times column with a fateful headline: "Let Detroit Go Bankrupt."

Those four words would haunt Mitt Romney across the Rust Belt, where auto manufacturing remains an economic pillar. They were especially damaging in Ohio, a state that every successful GOP presidential nominee has carried, and in Romney's home state of Michigan, where his father was an auto executive and governor.

Romney's opposition to the federal rescue of General Motors and Chrysler didn't necessarily seal his fate in those two crucial states. But no other issue hung in the background for long. And nothing that Romney tried could overcome it.

Mitt Romney says he is a numbers guy, but in the end he got the numbers wrong. His campaign was adamant that public polls in the swing states were mistaken. They claimed the pollsters were over-estimating the number of Democrats who would turn out on Election Day. Romney's campaign was certain that minorities would not show up for Obama in 2012 the way they did in 2008. "It just defied logic," said a top aide of the idea that Obama could match, let alone exceed, his performance with minorities from the last election. When anyone raised the idea that public polls were showing a close race, the campaign's pollster said the poll modeling was flawed and everyone moved on. Internally, the campaign's own polling--tweaked to represent their view of the electorate, with fewer Democrats--showed a steady uptick for Romney since the first debate. Even on the morning of the election, Romney's senior advisers weren't close to hedging. They said he was going to win "decisively." It seemed like spin, but the Boston Globe reports that a fireworks display was already ordered for the victory. Romney and Ryan thought they were going to win, say aides. "We were optimistic. More than just cautiously optimistic," says one campaign staffer. When Romney lost, "it was like a death in the family."

How did the Romney team get it so wrong? According to those involved, it was a mix of believing anecdotes about party enthusiasm and an underestimation of their opponents' talents. The Romney campaign thought Obama's base had lost its affection for its candidate. They believed Obama would win only if he won over independent voters. So Romney focused on independents and the economy, which was their key issue. The Republican ground game was focused on winning those voters. "We thought the only way to win was doing well with independents and we were kicking ass with independents," says a top aide. One senior adviser bet me that if Obama won Ohio, he would donate $1,000 per point to my favorite charity.(That would be a $10,000 hit since Romney lost Ohio but won independents by 10 points). In the end, Romney won independents nationally by five points--and it didn't matter one bit.

Obamacare law designed to unionize 21 million health care workers

In a book set for publication Tuesday, a politics and government professor at The Citadel claims President Obama’s 2009 health care reform law was, in part,

a union-driven effort to organize 21 million health care workers.

In ”Shadowbosses:

Government Unions Control America and Rob Taxpayers Blind,”

Mallory Factor describes a December 9, 2008 memo from Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Healthcare president Dennis Rivera to the Obama-Biden transition team.

That memo outlined a legislative proposal calling for “increasing the capacity of the health care workforce” as part of a larger health care reform initiative.

The SEIU and the Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), Factor writes, later coordinated with other public-sector unions to spend

“literally hundreds of millions of dollars promoting Obamacare.”

Until now, Republicans and Fox News have excelled at conjuring alternate realities. But this time, they made the mistake of believing their fake world actually existed. As Fox’s Megyn Kelly said to Karl Rove on election night, when he argued against calling Ohio for Obama:“Is this just math that you do as a Republican to make yourself feel better?”

Romney and Tea Party loonies dismissed half the country as chattel and moochers who did not belong in their “traditional” America. But the more they insulted the president with birther cracks, the more they tried to force chastity belts on women, and the more they made Hispanics, blacks and gays feel like the help, the more these groups burned to prove that, knitted together, they could give the dead-enders of white male domination the boot.
