DOG INCIDENTS: Police received two reports of a dog on a leash almost attacking walkers on the Rails to Trails path between Colebrook and Mount Gretna between 7:30 and 8 a.m. on two days, one of which was Thursday.

"ALMOST" attacking. Does that mean I can be pulled over for "almost" speeding???
