<quoted text> Another thing that will happen you have to sign a cofidentiality agreement and intention to buy . Average per route is $8400 but in reality its to hard to get . When you add your whole week sale doesn't match with your profit check it is because we are now paying part of the promotion , means less money for us . Hopefully share holders of this co. will read this , if you know anybody who is share holder let them know what's going on or if you know from press or media ask their help , or even your politician in your area please do so .

Here's Morningstar's opinion of Snyder-Lance stock. They give it a 2 star rating. Poor
Trying to compete in the snack food industry is quite challenging, particularly for smaller players like Snyder's-Lance. The firm lacks the resources and distribution network to put the firm on a level playing field with its larger, more diversified competitors. However, the firm has made strategic moves to address these challenges, and has taken a large step following Lance's merger with Snyder's of Hanover. Still, given the nature of the industry, we do not believe the company has earned an economic moat.

All io s should not sign anything from these guys, everyone should get fair market value for their routes that they own. Do not sign nothing, just run the route and in your contract you can take them to court and their will be a litigation held and a guarantee we will win...Everyone needs to do this...Starting to happen in my region now...Good luck to everyone!!!!

1099's need to be sent to recipients by Jan. 31st. Typically companies will send you a 1099 showing the product purchased from them for the previous year.

Dont know, whatever your attorney would charge for this, but bring your contract to 1 and tell them to read it, and you will get good news from him, or her..They must give you a multiple of what the routes have been selling for in the market within the past year... Not 5 yrs ago for what you bought it for...

I'm an IO in the Florida Region, my colleagues and myself are not happy with everything that's happening down here. The word is they are buying the routes back at the same ratio we got it 3 years ago.
what happen to a fair market price? The recent payout system is horrible because it flunctuates week
to week.
any info you have would be greatly appreciated?
As of now we are trying to negoite the buyback of our route since they are buying the route as the same multiple 3 years ago. They dont consider the fair market value , now they selling the route at 14 multplier.

Your contract should indicate the multiple you originally purchased at. Not much you can argue there. You will not win the "fair market value" fight.

Your contract is the key Baliwag. You've got your location hidden. Here in Florida the contract we all signed stated that if the company buys back the route it will be at the same multiplier as it was sold. If we built it up we made $, if we had negative equity we lost. Hilarious doesn't know what your contract states. If you signed the same contract we did he's right.

Really?! Have you read my post... do I sound like I am on managements side? Many in Florida have already spent money on attorney's to be told the contract states the multiple you will be bought back at. We are trying to save you a headache and $$$. Choose your battles wisely Baliwag1989.

It's more complex than that. Keep in mind Wise distributes Snyders in the metropolitan area and that the Snyders routes on Long Island still don't have Cape Cod but Wise does.
