Ive heard 2, 3, 4, and now 5 years on the contract for On the Border Brand. Who the Heck knows except the big wigs at SOH.snyder ho u can ask them how long there contract is for with the partner brand!!The one thing I can tell you is that I bought a ice cream route that was 60 to 70 % partner brand and by the time I sold it it was 1% partner brands! They kepted buying the brands out or got rid of underperforming ones and came out with better products then the partner brand! Its just a chance u take!
I really dont think that anyone of us should be taking a 40,000 or 50,000 dollar loss if the partner Brand goes bye bye. Seems utterly ridiculous that they would even suggest to sell in such a circumstance.
No other company does that except for maybe your ice cream route.
If one does let me know.
Your answer "that its a chance you take" Lmao. Sounds exactly like a generic company man/SOH answer.
THEY SHOULDNT BE SELLING ON THE BASIS OF ANY BRAND THEY DONT OWN.
I am just wondering what anyone else's thoughts on this are.
