When did they change the spelling of "cleptomaniac" to "bipolar disorder"? Great for York County judges though as I believe most of them are bipolar. Time served, receive new Nissan for her honesty in reporting incident, keep stolen funds due to mentally unhealthy working conditions, York County taxpayers pay for mental health counseling and she receives Workmen's Compensation until fully recovered. She's way smarter than the embezzlers at the large corporations. They won't admit their thievery.

This should all be rectified now that she says she is bi-polar. Charges should be dismissed!

Did she have proof from a psychiatrist that she was BP? Even so, she should pay for what she did. How is she ever going to learn right from wrong? BP people are usually very intelligent. Charges should never be dismissed; she needs to pay even if it's through psychiatric help. Don't let her loose to strike again because she will.
