That building carries some of the BEST memories I've ever had in school...I went there for 7th and 8th grade and still have friendships today that began in those hallways and classrooms. Bless you for bringing back some life to the building. I've gone in there for Dr visits as well as for some of the shows in the Arts Center-- but it just felt so institutional after all the years! I still remember when Wierman was principal and having to go to see the Dr that is in that space now was NOT a good memory, however! lol

I was delighted to see what has been done to Eichelberger High, The quilts are beautiful and brighten the halls. I was from the class of 1946 and that building holds a special place in my heart. That building has more character than any other I know. Thanks for taking good care of it.

Thanks, Mrs. Simpson, for the thoughtful and very appropriate use of the hallway walls in the former Eichelberger school building. Student and teacher work is almost always colorful, inspiring, and uplifting to view. What a great idea!
