More stores that people can walk around in, because they don't have the money to buy items. Good idea. Wait until a year passes until the lease signs start to go up again.

100 acres of commercial development will drastically overtax the existing roads and intersections. Don't most clear thinking people believe that the infrastructure should be in place BEFORE developers are allowed to get rich by creating permanent problems for everyone in the community? It won't be long before we find it difficult to use our own streets because of all the traffic that is attracted by development. Oh, that's right - we already find it hard to use out own streets....!

All of you are not looking at this the right way! What is it with people from Hanover? You all complain about not having anything to do, and needing jobs! What do you think this will do? Target is a great place to work! And the mall has jacked up the price of rent that no one wants a store there. This should bring revenue and jobs and decent shopping!

i think its funny how everyone says that "obama" needs to develop new jobs because of the worthless unemployed ppl in hanover getting my tax dollars for free. But when a area that will employ about 400 ppl people bitch about taxes and traffic lol

I find it funny that people think that this will bring good jobs, people need to wake up and leave town for once and see what the real world pays.
Thank You

Unfortunately, Hanover area cannot afford to pay what areas like NYC and Philly pay!

They had to put in all new access roads as well as widen and strengthen the exsisting roads before the building ever started.

Does anyone know if there will be anything like an Excitement Video at the shopping center. I currently drive from Hanover to York to get my DVD's but I would love it if something opened up closer by.

Why do you drive so far for just a DVD...I am thinking if you put the cost of gas in the cost of the DVD, it wouldn't be worth it to drive that far.

You are correct about this but so far I have found that Excitement Video offers the most choices at reasonable prices. I was thinking about just ordering them from their website, but I dont want my neighbors to see all the dvd's I would be ordering. They may or may not know what Excitement Video is
