You've got to admire someone who confidently pimps and spins for price-fixing realtors in the face of news today that home prices have reached a new bottom for the Great Recession.

Also, the numbers he mentions is not a true picture-- only homes that have SOLD are counted in that. So the gibberish about the homes with contracts that fell through being counted is NOT correct. By the way, Jeff-- Realtors don't set the price. Just an FYI.

Like others have said....Nothing but a pipe dream here. The economy is in the toilet, foreclosures are at an all-time high! Get real people....Realtors are no better than used car salesmen....Just wasting time until something better comes along. Wake up America!

Before realtors can spread BS to buyers and sellers they must first master BSing themselves and each other. Realtor Training 101.

Housing optimism?

Sorry, but lenders aren't lending and those that understand what has happened to the RE market aren't buying.

This leaves a relatively small number of investors who have the time, capital and/or credit to sort through the current RE wasteland.

BTW, the housing market should traditionally be doing much better at this time of year than the "optimistic" numbers mentioned in the article indicate.

Recent market data has also shown tentative signs of an improvement in housing market activity.

Where, in India? Falling prices do not make for an improving housing market.

That guy is full of himself. The market is not even close to being as busy as he states.
