Thank you for the warning, I have passed this along to family and friends and I reported his fb page to facebook, since it is against facebook policy for a convicted, registered sex offender to use fb and to have a fb profile.

FYI, I took a look over the court case there is no way in hell this guy should have been convicted. What a crock of sh**. no evidence NONE and it says so right in the record. It is 100% he said she said with no evidence. A couple of people testified that she had a bruise on her breast whoop T fu***** do, If you both don't bruise some your not doing it right. She is walking around showing people that are not cops or doctors her breasts?!? Then she does not immediately report it or even in a few days?!? I'm not saying he did or didn't do it I'm just saying there is no way he should have been convicted!

Something seems a lil off about this case. He was convicted only on a bruise on her tit? No bruises on her thighs, inner thighs, and no bruises in her vag canal?

It is very common for women not to report it for days and weeks later. Even then when it is reported days later they can still check her vag area for semen and check for internal bruising. Its normal for women to shower right after a rape but there is still traces of semen in her body cavity. Something just doesnt seem right with this case. But he did avoid questions and he has that right under the 5th amendment but if you were 100% innocent you wouldnt need to plead the 5th. Idk but if I was on that jury I couldnt find him guilty on the facts presented. And Im a woman saying this

The reason you NEVER talk the police is you ARE innocent until you are PROVEN guilty. All you can do with talking to the police is make their case stronger against you stronger. Please do take a second and search for a video on youtube called "Don't talk to the police". It is a lecture given by law school professor and former criminal defense attorney.
