Facts:
This man was shot to death.
He was not found, as if by accident, This homicide was reported.
When is law enforcement going to do something about the drugs and crime in Santa Clara and surrounding areas?

I am starting to wonder- CAN law enforcement do anything? I bet the Cartels are involved somehow. I think law enforcement around here is scared. I don't blame them. However..........

This is a sad incident, but what do you expect when you are breaking into somebody's home? More needs to be done about crime, but you cannot police against burglars who cannot police themselves.

Everyone knows this house was a dope house. Why aren't the "KEYSTONE COPS" giving anymore info? The whole county knows!!

Every thing that has been said is true and this is very a sad situation. Every one is aware this was a drug house and aware this young man had a relationship with the tenets of the residence. Story is much more intimate in nature than a cut and dry burglary. Hopefully Justice will prevail. Difficult to convince the kids in this area that this Cholo, gang attitude that is steeped in drug and alcohol abuse ever has a happy ending. Still like to see Law enforcement take a zero tolerance stance. Go back to sending these young men in to the military at the first signs of trouble. Give them an opportunity to mature. It worked for a bunch of us old farts back in the day.

Perhaps legalizing recreational drugs would eliminate the profit motive that results in this sort of thing.
Ok. Now you can all start throwing tomatoes at me.

No tomatoes from me. If you mean recreational as in cannabis then yes, legalize, tax and regulate. However, cocaine and meth are so damaging that they should NEVER be legalized. Meth needs to disappear from the face of the planet. As does crack.
However, King Alcohol rules all and destroys pretty much anything/everything in it's path left unchecked. It's legal. Go figure.

Well it is irrelevant who the family members are and where they went to school. My understanding is that it is something that has been taught to him and it disgusts me. Anyhow, I hope that they family will take this opportunity to change their lives.

first of all he was not breaking into the house, him and the tenant had an on going dispute. he went to the house to visit one of the homies when the tenant all doped up started tripping and "told him now your in my house what are you
going to do." when eddie ray turned they started shooting him. for no reason now you tell me. whos wrong is it murder or self defense. we lost a very honest and trustworthy friend a family member, to what being scared and having the law on his side.
