You miss the point made, I believe. His claim is of murder.. Anywho, I thought I read somewhere that a certain group, to relieve prisoners of wrongful convictions, took notice of Mr. Daggetts' case.

What I gather from this case is it would take Mr. Dana Daggett quite a lawyer and great sum of money. Of course we cannot forget the terrible loss to the victim and her family. We can't create more victims while a murderer is among us.

Since the original post I have been racking my brain, or what is left of it, to recall all of these murders. There is talk of the police knowing who killed the elderly woman on West St, but for some reason, no arrest. As for the couple on Four Winds Drive, they were killed by a woman who later shot and wounded a man on the shore of Stetson Pond on Plymouth St. Bullistics matched the gun to the murders. Around the same time, a man killed two (?) women in Plymouth and buried one of them in his back yard on Gorham Ave in Bryantville. If I recall, there was a murder / suicide in North Pembroke. All murders occurred around the same time. Shocking for such a small bedroom community.
Can anyone fill in some details? I don't know why this is bugging me. Thanks.
The man who killed the two girls in plymouth was Michael kelly. He killed Deborah levange and colleen coughlin. He is serving life in prison now. I remember This case vividly As he also plotted to kill my sister. He offered to assist her with fixing a broken door on her car, Told her to be at a certain place at a certain time. Thank God she followed her instincts and decided last minute not to show. As this it was also the same time and place he had told deborah to show up with the promise of helping her with her resume.

I knew Dana, creepy little thing, as far as him being framed.... ARE U KIDDING ME????? the worm did it. He did a lot of other offensive things too.
Of course his family will believe he is innocent, or was framed, thats a natural defense. BUT the reality is, the creep murdered someone and horrified Pembroke for a long time. Glad he his locked up!!!!

I have been reading some of these articles about Daggett, I grew up with this psycho, and yes he was just that. There wasn't a day that he didn't do something stupid. He had been arrested a dozen times for all kinds of things, and yes he did all he was charged with. Every time he was arrested his mother would bail him out, and get the same lawyer, and get off for some stupid detail the cops missed or something else. He thought he was untouchable, and that's why he was like the way he is.

I am one of the last 3 living blood relatives. And the only one that still maintains her grave site. She did not deserve that, NO ONE does. She had a rough life after her mom died from cancer and never got a chance to turn it around. She is missed and loved even now in heaven and I wish I could tell her that! RIP Sharon..

Marko has the story right.
The victim was a foster child living on or near Pine Tree Lane in Pembroke. She was allegedly a drug addict and prostitute. I believe that the foster family's surname was Denim or Denum or ???
The victim was picked up by the killer and taken to the water pumping station where he worked - I think it was on Great Sandy Bottom Pond off Mattakeesett Street.
My recollection is that the crime scene had been cleaned, but that blood sprayed up, underneath a table or shelf or something similar had been overlooked by the killer when he cleaned up.
Again, Marko is right about the body. The body was found off Oldham Street, near where West Elm Street intersects with Oldham.
I

I thought there was more than one killer they were arrested in Brockton after a chase by foot I remember they used the dogs and I was hoping the dogs would rip the guy apart , the woman was alive for days being raped and electrocuted by these men they would leave and come back , she was my age and her body was found not to far from my house , I'll never forget that ,

I had been at a Halloween party at the murderer's apt. a few weeks's prior to the Great Sandy murder. Dana Daggett had a small child, and was engaged to the baby's mother. He was a friend of my brother, and dated a girl in the neighborhood. Another friend got him the job at the pumping station. It shook all of us that he'd done this, especially the torture of the victim.

I remember the old lady on West St. I lived near there at the time. Heard a local teen did it, but was never arrested. Who's yard was it on Gorham Ave.?
