Todd was let go because he couldn't keep his hand out of the till. If the County would have ran a back ground check on Mr. Carr they would have known that he had already been to JAIL for stealing in the past. Arlie had nothing to do with it. The County Commissioners were watching Mr. Carr after they realized that the books wasn't adding up. SOOOOO, there is no one to blame but Mr. Carr. And I believe that the State Police talked to ALLLLLL of the empoylee's there, per the Connissioners.

I was told that all the commissioners was told before they hired mr. carr that he had been to prison for 18 months and they hired him anyway, so who's at fault.

I wonder how much he got Scott county for.He was doing work for Coomes Excavating too,so I hope they watch him.

I also know he was let got from John Jones for stealing.Obviously one trip to prison wasn't enough for Mr.Carr.

If Scott County ran background checks on its employess over half of them would have never been hired.

Half the county commissioners are either drunks or liars, is it any wonder the people they hire are the same way. No wonder the county is always broke and never doing anything to benefit the people, their to busy taking money for themselves to care.
