Dealership got mad that I didnt buy a mustang after I made a couple visits. Mike Sapperati yelled at me over the phone. WORST service ever. If you want a good stang or ford go to Selma Ford or Lithia Ford. Horrible Dealership. Id rate them an F.

They are not honest. Don't believe what they tell you unless it is in writing. We bought a Mustang with a broken speedo. We were told to take it to a dealer close to us and it would be covered. Closest dealer is 3 hr. drive. We did as we were told and spent 9 hrs waiting for the approval from Valley Ford, only to be told that they lied and would not cover the cost of the repairs. We even had to pay $120.00 for the diagnosis. Do not trust them.

There was nothing wrong with our sales person (Brian) was great and did everything he could to make things right. It was the finance manage who said we were ok to get the repairs but when it came time for the repairs, valley ford hanford refused to authorize the payment for the repairs. We still have not heard from them regarding this issue and calling them does not help. our last 2 calls were not returned. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership.
