There new plan is anything but new.

The DRBC new plan is totaly inadaquate. Their plan for thermal releases is a joke. Again the DRBC is not doing what they were created to do.

The plan requires thermal release when the air temp reaches 90 degrees for three days in a row, heres the kicker. It also requires that the night time temp be above 65 degrees three days in a row. This has only happened 4 times in the last 25 years. The water temps at Lordville this year approached 80 degrees on serval occasions and no release. Even with the new plan the only people it benefits is NYC.

Lets get a plan that will work instead of the same old, same old.
