Kay you are correct, but she won't get put away for a long time, just some time! But there's alot more people involved besides Edith who needs to be put away too! WRONG IS WRONG! The Police Cheif definatley needs to go!(and will be gone before this is over and SHOULD BE gone), I hope they put his butt in jail too, for his involvement and YES he is involved!(Maybe he could move to ARUBA, they operate like he does)! I WANT TO KNOW WHO THE STUPID IDIOT WAS THAT THOUGHT THIS WAS A GOOD IDEA AND THEY WOULDN'T GET CAUGHT! That person has a wicked mind and definately does not need to be on the streets!

but if we could get proof, do you think we could add molestation to her charges? he was 17 when this whole thing initially started... What would a 17 or 18 year old teenager have in common with a 43 year old woman? the only thing that comes to mind is sex and drugs. not to mention Edith had her 16 year old daughter living with her at the time all of this was goin on... What an example... Plus Vic's mother is much younger than edith. And its like edith is sleeping with her own children in the sense of age. that is sick! I think the law should take a much closer look at that. I also don't think she should ever be aloud to be alone with children anymore she is not only a bad example but a danger to them as well.

Proof, NO. That charge would have to have been filed when he was 17. BUT, if anyone out there has anything that would help this case, YOU SHOULD SEND IT IN TO TOMMY ROUNDTREE, DA, ONEONTA!
We all know Edith is a sick individual, what kind of person hangs someone to their death and lives with themself everyday? A SICK PHYSCO! GOD WILL HANDLE EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM, I truly BELIEVE that! The court's have enough to convict Edith criminally.

First off I would like to say that if this trial goes to the Sanderson family or to Edith Cheney it really wouldn't effect any of your lives, so why you would waste your time on here arguing about whether or not you think she is guilty when it really doesn't benefit anyone. Second, if you are going to waste your time doing so then at least use proper grammar. When trying to convince another individual on a subject it is very difficult for one to concentrate when there is an abundant number of mistakes in your writing. For example, when using parentheses one does not place them after a sentence, they belong in front of the end mark not after. They also do not belong at the beginning of a sentence. Ellipsis can't just be thrown in a sentence just for the hell of it, they do have a purpose, and its not to make your writing look more attractive to read. Capitalization is also a key element when writing. If one plans not to capitalize at the beginning of the writing, then one shouldn't begin capitalizing midway through it. Spell check is also beneficial to those who spell correctly for themselves.

Well, Amanda, in the world of TEXT MESSAGING, CAPS means with emphasis and all of lives are effected and I maybe family you do not know that, and no one really cares about your "Vincent, AL" grammer lesson! This is none of your business so get off and go do whatever it is ya'll DO in Vincent. p.s. Trials do not GO to people, people go to trials, maybe you need a law lesson. "Spell check is also beneficial to those who spell correctly for themselves", I quote you!(?) Makes a lot of sense. OBVIOUSLY, WE DO NOT NEED A GRAMMER LESSON FROM YOU! Practice what you preach!!!

haha! I second that! And who says that some of us aren't family friends or was very close to Vic himself?! If I could Amanda, I flip you the bird! Not only are we expressing our oppinions, thoughts, emotions and the facts. If you don't have any of the above then go about your own business!

Well, they did not show up for the arrainment, Edith nor her attorney. Her attorney faxed in a letter to Judge King, pleading NOT GUILTY! So that means a trial date will be set. There will be a trial for a jury to decide.

To tetty in Oneonta, she's been out of jail. She was arrested and released the same day! They,(her family) is hidding her supposingly in another state, for whatever reasons! BUT YOU CAN'T RUN FROM YOUR CONSCIENCE and I hope it eats her up everyday and those others that helped/knew about it! he he he, then GOD will get to handle those too! Let the trial begin..........

Vic's family WILL NEVER GO AWAY! And if they aren't satisfied with the outcome from the Oneonta courts, they will go higher! I will personally go stand on the steps of the white house with them, if I have to! I do know for sure, THEY WILL NOT GO AWAY!!! EDITH WILL SERVE SOME KIND OF TIME! THE CASE WILL BE AIRED NATIONALLY ON TV!

The DA said, Edith's attorney faxed a letter to Judge King, while we were sitting there and it said I nor Edith can make it, she pleads not guilty. Every citizen in Oneonta needs to send a letter to Judge King and ask him now, does that mean that you now no longer have to show up for arrainments in the county of Oneonta? I dare each and every one of you to! Once again, getting you citizens involved and quit letting their sorry selfs get away with murder, maybe the judge, the da and others will begin to say, "hey this crap ain't working anymore!! Our citizens are fallin for this anymore!!! ONEONTA CITIZENS GET UP OFF YOURS AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! Send Judge King a letter!

i hope they take it as far as they can . you can send all the letters to judge king it wont help any .maybe they should contact the attorney generals office and ask if todays proceedings were legal, might ask if someone from their office can come up here and over see this case , even the people from health south had to be in court to answer their chargrs and make there plea i think. why should she not have to be there . they could of have had that all planned i dont know. do you know who her lawyer is i would love to know . may god bless vic"s family
