I guess the guy who sailed his boat out of the Ala Wai Harbor to get his Coast Guard seaworthyness certificate wasn't too very deserving of such, given his poor performance at seamanship. What a babooze. Risked not only his crews' lives and his own, but endangered others who were nice enough to come to his rescue. You should be made to reimburse the C&C for the loss of their overturned watercraft and everything else that it cost to save your dumb @ss from yourself. What a babooze.

I think the company that rented these stoopid heads these kayaks should pay the city for these rescues. I have seen people struggle on clear days. Living on the mainland they don't know and the kayak company's should know better. Shame on them.

We got a bunch of idiots in Hawaii. The two kids in Waianae, parents should slap them, if they get parents. Waianae side real slow people. The kayakers, fine them for the cost of services. Lolos

As one of the 9 kayakers rescued, we weren't rescued by the firefighters. It was the people that worked for the company where we rented our kayaks from that came and got us. The weather was fine when we started obviously.
