The words "of the administration" were superfluous.
As their words always are. Eric Takamura said he didn't want his Department to be the policing agency. Fact of the matter is, the administration is lazy...they don't want to do anything but sit on their asses and collect a hefty paycheck. Mufi and his merry men need to go, they've done nothing for the City and County of Honolulu.

When I went to Foodland when I was younger I was told to pick plastic bags instead of paper bags in order to save the environment. Now they tell me they can't give me plastic bags in order to save the environment. All this time I thought I was helping the environment. I'm so confused, I feel so guilty.
Now that's funny! Ice is a comic genius. At first glance, I thought he was all business.

Why not check out Diamant Art Inc. They have the
technology to produce bio-degradeable plastic bags!
