Ok-Murderes now thats my best subject:
People might murder children because they think they r sending them to a better world. They try to play God & control things. Some people may not see a child as a child again sick people see things different than we do. They might see a child as an adult or an evil being. Anyone ever talked to a murderer or know a murderer? These people dont know why they do the things they do.

Nope, I not here to pass judgement on you... you're doing a pretty good job at it yourself. However, I NOW see where you're coming from... you appearnet support "ALL" murders.

When you say "if" you could be there to support her... you would.... if there is a will, there is a way. You know how to talk a good game but, when push comes to shove.. you show your true colors.

LoL, you remind me of this kid I knew in school that always instigate trouble... but be the first one to hit the door running when trouble starts.
At any rate....do you.

Hard to believe they could find a jury ANYWHERE who would let her off. Why doesn't this chick just plead guilty & take responsibility for what she did? Regardless of her leaving these items in the car, it was a very bad decision on her part and her babies paid the ultimate price.

I agree with you WTH. These criminals never think about the consequences when they are committing these crimes... but, "only" after getting locked up and sitting their thinking of "what they should have done".
Then they try to come up with these brillant ideals. I am sorry I do not sympathize for no one who neglects a helpless child that causes them death.
These poor kids did not ask to be born, nor placed in that situation. What really makes me upset is when I hear these horror stories about how parents neglect/abuse these little kids/babies I get so disgusted with them because little kids/babies have no choice as to say... "I don't want to go" or don't leave me here etc.
IOW... they have no say over their lives. This is why I favor the government (s) when they step in and prosecute parents, siblings, guardians etc. when they commit these crimes toward little helpless kids/babies.
Well said, as usual. I cannot believe these bleeding hearts who say that she was doing the best that she could. If that were the case, her babies wouldn't be dead now.

Who cares about her life story? I have had to miss many things due to my child being sick. The thing is: I put my children high on my list of priorities- in fact, they're #1. You can keep making excuses all you want but it is apparent to me that you and her have the same thing in common= you caer more about yourselves than anyone else. And judging by her actions and the police reports, her JOB was more important than her CHILDREN. She had someone waiting to take care of the kids for her- why didn't she take them there?

Only an idiot would think leaving a few fans (to move the 140 degree air around) some food and some liquids which would rapidly heat up in a closed car in the hottest month of the year in a tropical environment was thinking of her children. These kids would have been safer with a pedophile. And before you all jump me for stating a pedophile would be prefereable, know that I think they are the scum of the earth. But better abused then murdered.

Then leave them alone where they could get into mischief but would not be roasted to death. Anyone who has lived in SC for a week of the summer would know this.

This woman was cold and calculating in what she did. Her kids did not have a chance for an hour in that heat regardless of the piddly little items she left with them. Are you all forgetting that she took them out of the car dead and put them in garbage bags under her sink for days? Boy what a scary mom! Maybe this mom is a racist and trying to kill off the black race? Too bad she didn't start with herself and let these precious little ones live.

Whether she left food, drink and battery operated fans is not the point. The point is a child does not have the knowledge to stretch any of these things out over an 8 hour time frame. The food and drinks could have easily been gone in the first hour and the batteries could not have lasted that long if left on continuosly.

I really do not think her boss would have allowed the situation to continue if he/she was aware of it. I hope they would have let her bring them in or send her home.

The bottom line is we are culpable even if we are guilty by omission due to ignorance. That is a given.

She had to know there was risk, or she would not have given them the battery fan, etc.

In her ignorance, she thought what she'd done was enough.

It wasn't.

I can't imagine anything the court could do to her that will equal what her heart must being doing to her, knowing as she does that they did die because of her actions, and decisions, that day.

It's a tragic situation, all the way around.

And the issue boils down to ignorance: thinking that at ANY time leaving kids alone in a car is ok, when it is NEVER OK TO LEAVE KIDS IN A CAR.

Never.

Right. If she really cared about her kids, then they wouldn't have been put in harm's way. She was gambling with their lives and hoping that luck was on her side.

The other question I have is where was the car parked? Didn't anyone see them in there and wonder who they belonged to? If they were in plain sight, shouldn't a passer by have called the police?
There is no way they went unoticed for that amount of time.

I agree, I'd be sad but I'd still want my sister to pay for what she has done. Sister or not..hang witch!

Actually, you know what he wants you to know. To bad I wasn't on the panel, your brother would be on death row. I'm about sick of footing the bill for all the losers in jail. A life for a life!! In my world he'd be dead already. Bet if he killed your child you'd back him 100% as well.

The difference is that you think about what decisions you make and the consequences. Kids dying in cars in the excessive heat is no new thing! This lady knew better so people need to quit making excuses.
