I agree that it is time that the County of Maui takes charge of its own destiny. When we are beholding to others for our infrastructure needs, we, the people, do not get what we need. This is true with water, but also with roads, housing, wastewater transmission and processing, and so much more.
Thanks, Mayor, for setting the people's agenda on the all important issue of water.
