As I have repeatedly stated since this storm first emerged, this is the next ANDREW, already forecasted to be a strong CAT 4.

Expect a direct hit in our area.

Go to The Home Depot to get supplies while they are still in stock. Get plenty of generators and duct tape.

I'll provide more updates as soon as it comes in.

You are really weird, Debbie! Guys, ignore her, she works for Home Depot! She'll say she doesn't, but she does! Deb, you're the only thing dangerous here in Florida!

Does Home Depot sell condoms? Too bad Bill Kamal in not on WSVN because he is a great weatherman and dancer.

As usual, the Sun Sentinel is useless. All the tracking maps are unavailable. Thanks Sun Sentinel.

Quick question, why are all the weathermen, except Trent Aric gay?

And by the way the Jets Suck.

If you think duct tape is gonna save your windows Im not coming to you for my updates. Maybe you can use it to hold your roof down after the windows blow in...GO PHINS!!!

Dude - I will take my NE Broward County home built circa 1970 by "rednecks" who knew how to build homes over the stuff you have in Ocala (not up to hurricane code). Any home built down in S FL after 1985 was probably built by illegal aliens or Cubans. We saw how the Cuban construction in Miami/Dade County held up after Andrew.

To steal from Robert Duval in Apoc Now - "Pedro don't do roof straps."

W4$$uP $0ouThH Fl0r1D4!?
Anything, from a hit to Florida, to a sharp turn north, to (another) hit to Cuba is possible right now. It is still a very powerful storm though, and S. Floridians should have their own plans and preperations for bad and worst case scenarios, whether for this storm, the next, or for the next few years...
Despite how overdramatic the TV news sometimes is, watch it to stay posted... There is a chance this storm can be bad.
But for now, just relax while keeping a watchful eye ;)
