SCC rules for Casey on promo program

i work there and i hate it. they took 5% from all the employees in december, said it would only be 3 months and its still in effect.

CCR?? Does anyone know about a class action law suit about this? I just finally received my check...was supposed to received my check in June, 2009. I sent an inquiry email in May, 2009 and received an interesting response. I also contacted Casey and got alot of bs! Something MUST be able to be done about this!! My claim was for $10,000.00 and I received a BIG WOPING $1,561.65, which is $61.65 over my minimum amount "promised". Please help!!!

I got into the false rebate claim with Casey auto in Newport News,Va.
I sent everthing in at the correct time and was denied the reward dut to illegible postmark????That is my fault?
The state cosumer affairs ought to investigate Casey

The whole process is tedious (probably to discourage car owners) but I have held on to all of the documents for 39 months. But it appears that even if I send in the required documents during the 14 day window in December that I will not receive the $500. It is a total scam connected to what was once a very reputable car dealer.

I sent in all info as directed and was told that my timing wsa not correct and my erefund was not active.
This is a lie and I have all the paperwork to prove it.I would be happy to join in a class action taken by all who have been cheated.

today i mail my cert to cash rewards, from the above comments i guess it will be a total waste of time. the folks at casey were a bunch of----------.when the time comes to buy another car guess where i wont be going.
