Shop owner sues Newport News sheriff, deputies over seizures
Newport News Sheriff Gabe Morgan and seven of his deputies have been hit with a federal lawsuit accusing them of unlawful searches and seizures during investigations last year going after sellers of synthetic marijuana.

The stores in Gloucester still sell amp ......they have it in The back and now have parties that they sell it at and not at the stores......fix it cops....people die in let in right......they lied to u .....it's killing people and they are rocking it up like crack.......

Thank you. Please notify them. Darryl recently spoke on trying to eradicate it from the county as it has become one of the major problems. There are legal difficulties. Call them, let them know, the more voices the better! Can you list the stores? I don't mind telling people going by those stores to go in, frequently, and politely tell the owners how much it is not appreciated.
