I just hope they have a sample pole and table dance at the meeting. I'll be there and I will be wearing my Axe body spray. "Bom Chicka Wah Wah"

seems to me someone lost their job supposedly as a result (one given reason) of this show last year??? So, it really was not about this show after all.

I would just like to remind/inform everyone that the organizers who brought the SWAS also were involved with a forum last Thursday.
We were unable to find any opposition to speak on the panel.

Hopefully in a few years the "student leaders" who bring in this show every year will graduate and new leaders will look for better ways to spend their time and student fees. If the purpose of bringing in the show is to learn about the sex industry, it seems like 3 years should have been more than enough. There are many other difficult, overlooked occupations in this area that deserve study and support. How about the merchant seamen, migrant workers, military, or even the service workers on your own campus.

If the purpose is sexual titillation, I believe there are several strip clubs in the Hampton Roads area which could provide that service. From what I have read about this show it reminds of when I used to try to sneak a peek at girlie magazines in stores, of course I was about 14 at the time. I say grow up, you are making your school look silly.

Can we call it what it is: pornography? As an educator who has worked with elementary children in Hampton Roads for 27 years, I have seen an increase of sexual abuse against children. Check out the research online of how pornography is linked to sexual abuse against women and children. I am all for "free speech" as long as it doesn't hurt innocent victims.

If pornography is linked to sexual abuse, then I don't think stopping this one show will really have an effect. Pornography is freely available on the internet, magazines, DVDs, etc.

So do give up on trying to prevent murders if we know that someone can murder in the privacy of their own home? When there is an injustice where do we draw the line?

From what I saw of the attendees on the tv news that bunch of ugly women and pukey males are representative of the sub human that somehow can afford to go to W&M. Maybe they are prostitutes on the side.

One of the gals with a horseshoe in her nose was especially ugly. I would not do her even if I were stone drunk and had not had any for a year.

W&M Alumni should be proud of what their school has become.

WM girls are not worth the time. Many here at WM are lesbian. I went today school here and now work PT on campus. They are rude btches as well. 90 percent are not from area and are completely helpless. They can't even put gas in a car. On campus, we had one girl dorm call campus police bc a spider was on the wall. Often they lose things as well. I find key chains with mace every other day.
