Nope. No Concern whatsoever.
When Trayvon approached Zimmerman, Zimmerman should have said "neighborhood watch".
This is not murder but Zimmerman's series of mistakes ended up with Trayvon dead. Dead from walking back from the store.

Report: How GOP lost young voters
Titled the “Grand Old Party for a Brand New Generation,” the report is sharply critical of the GOP on several fronts. The study slams some Republicans’ almost singular focus on downsizing Big Government and cutting taxes; candidates’ use of offensive, polarizing rhetoric; and the party’s belly-flop efforts at messaging and outreach, even as the report presents a way forward and, at times, strikes an optimistic tone.
In the report, the young Republican activists acknowledge their party has suffered significant damage in recent years. A sampling of the critique on:
Gay marriage:“On the ‘open-minded’ issue …[w]e will face serious difficulty so long as the issue of gay marriage remains on the table.”
Hispanics:“Latino voters … tend to think the GOP couldn’t care less about them.”
Perception of the party’s economic stance:“We’ve become the party that will pat you on your back when you make it, but won’t offer you a hand to help you get there.”
Big reason for the image problem: The “outrageous statements made by errant Republican voices.”
Words that up-for-grabs voters associate with the GOP:“The responses were brutal: closed-minded, racist, rigid, old-fashioned.”
“[The] Republican Party has won the youth vote before and can absolutely win it again,” the report says, pointing to presidents Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush who were competitive with that demographic.“But this will not occur without significant work to repair the damage done to the Republican brand among this age group over the last decade.”
Read more: http://www.politico.com/story/2013/06/gop-you...
the biggest obstacles to repairing the Republican Party's image is the media bias, i.e. how they twisted the meaning of when Romney said he had a binder full of women and are always late to the party when they eventually have to report anything negative about their leg-tingling Messiah or his cast of crooked cronies.

and once the Dems have accomplished adding millions of more entitlement-sucking, low-informed voters who were formerly illegal aliens to the voting rolls--its all over.

and then it won't matter if we have 27% unemployment like Greece and an economy like Zimbabwe with a national crime rate like Newark with SpanEbonics as our official language.

NY's crooks

Real reform means taking tax dollars away from crooked politicians, not writing checks to their campaigns. Still,Democrats in Albany, including Gov. Cuomo and Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver, are pushing taxpayer financing of political campaigns as a way to clean up corruption and get big money out of politics.

But look at who’s pushed this idea in the past: corrupt politicians and ultrawealthy political donors.

For example, the 2012 Fair Elections Ac” was sponsored by Assemblyman Eric Stevenson (D-Bronx)... who was RECENTLY INDICTED FOR BRIBERY. Sponsoring it in the state Senate was John Sampson (D-Brooklyn)... who last month was indicted for EMBEZZLEMENT AND OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE.

Another Senate sponsor was Shirley Huntley (D-Queens). She helped bring down Sampson by cooperating with the FBI after it nabbed her for STEALING $88,000 FROM A TAXPAYER-FUNDED CHARITY SHE CONTROLLED.

Sponsoring the 2010 iteration of the taxpayer-financing bill was Assemblyman William Boyland Jr.(D-Brooklyn). He was acquitted on corruption charges in March 2011 but arrested two weeks later and charged again for SOLICITING BRIBES to pay his legal bills in his first corruption trial. More recently, he was charged with MAIL FRAUD and submitting false travel vouchers.

Other recent sponsors of bills to make taxpayers finance campaigns include former Assemblywoman Diane M. Gordon (D-Brooklyn), who in 2008 was convicted of CONSPIRACY & BRIBERY for promising to secure a $2 million plot of city land for a developer in exchange for his gift of a $500,000 house in Queens. Before Assemblyman Brian McLaughlin (D-Queens) was convicted of STEALING $2.2 million from his constituents, union workers and a Little League, he sponsored the bill.

Why do so many crooked politicians want the taxpayers to kick in $6 for every $1 they raise? Because they know that ultimately most, if not all of, the funds will flow to their wallets or to relatives, supporters, defense lawyers and creditors.

Cuomo says the law will get big money out of campaigns. But his campaign has accepted $500,000 in donations from one individual, Manhattan billionaire Leonard Litwin. That’s more than eight times the legal individual contribution limit — but Cuomo circumvents the law by taking donations from the many corporations controlled by Litwin. If Cuomo really wanted to clean up our campaign-finance system,he’d start by returning this money.

Other zillionaires are among the loudest voices pushing for taxpayer funding of negative ads and robo calls. Jonathan Soros, son of left-wing billionaire George Soros, and Sean Eldridge, the spouse of a Facebook founder, each pumped a quarter-million dollars into an obscure upstate Senate race last fall. Their stated reason for helping Cecilia Tkaczyk, who ultimately won, was her support for taxpayer funding of campaigns as a means to get the big money out of politics.

After cutting big checksfor Tkaczyk, President Obama, Rep. Nancy Pelosi, the Democratic National Committee and others in the last election cycle, Eldridge said with a straight face,“Our current campaign-finance system is built for the big donor, not for the average voter.”

Set aside the obvious hypocrisy there; far worse is that Eldridge ignores the fact that the taxpayer-funding proposals just add a matching-funds option. Candidates can choose the taxpayer-funding route or stick with the current system that proponents of taxpayer financing claim is dominated only by wealthy elites.

In short, the proposal for taxpayer funding of campaigns now under consideration in the Legislature represents the worst of all worlds.

Dems' War on Women

Dems’ war on women

After a short sabbatical marked by insincere apologies and feigned rehabilitation, Ex-Rep. Anthony Weiner joined the race for New York City mayor — thus perpetuating the Democratic Party’s War on Women.

Wait, isn’t it those misogynistic Republicans who are engaged in a “war” that objectifies and abuses women?

Well, that was the charge by President Obama and his liberal operatives last year. Their propaganda campaign painted Mitt Romney, a decent family man, as the head of a party of anti-women Neanderthals.

Here in New York, meanwhile, we’ve got a long list of prominent Democrats who’ve variously abused women.

Weiner is just one of many in this reprehensible crew.

As everyone knows, Weiner tweeted a lewd photograph of his crotch to a woman half his age, but accidentally sent the photo to all his Twitter followers. He then repeatedly lied, trying to pass the blame on to unknown hackers — probably some dastardly conservatives — out to embarrass him.

Eventually, we learned that he’d sent photos of himself in various stages of undress to several other women.

Resigning in a cloud of shame left him with millions in his campaign war chest.

He could have donated that money to charities to house the homeless and feed the hungry. Instead, he decided to feed his vanity and run for mayor.

Dems’ war on women
Here in New York, we’ve got a long list of prominent Democrats who’ve variously abused women. Weiner is just one of many in this reprehensible crew.

Then there is the belated resignation of former Assemblyman Vito Lopez (D-Brooklyn), after months of publicity over his repeated sexual harassment of up to eight female staffers.

His “pervasive pattern of abuse,” according to a report by the Joint Commission on Public Ethics, included pawing staffers, asking them to dress “sexier,” punishing those who rejected his advances and asking some aides to feel his tumors.

Lopez was positioned to continue his abuse only because Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver arranged a hush-money settlement with two accusers that included $103,000 in taxpayer funds and a confidentiality agreement designed to protect Silver and the Assembly Democratic majority.

The cover-up imploded only when two more female staffers filed harassment claims against Lopez.

Dems’ war on women
Here in New York, we’ve got a long list of prominent Democrats who’ve variously abused women. Weiner and Lopez are just two of many in this reprehensible crew.

Years earlier, Democrat Sheldon Silver had similarly tried to protect his aide Michael Boxley from allegations of rape.

Boxley, as it happens, is now back in Albany — as a lobbyist.

The unrepentant Lopez (re-elected last year despite the harassment scandal) quit before he could be expelled from the Assembly. But he’s opted to forgo the obligatory period of phony contrition and run for a City Council seat. He may well prevail.

Yet Weiner and Lopez had some reason to think they could get away with their behavior. CONSIDER HOW THEIR PARTY AND MUCH OF THE MEDIA TREATED OTHER POWERFUL WOMEN-ABUSERS.

In feminist theory, a man in a power position who uses his status to take sexual advantage of a subordinate is guilty of sexual harassment and, generally, of being a sexist pig.

A textbook example would be a president of the United States obtaining sexual favors (in the Oval Office, no less) from a female intern less than half his age.

Yet DEMOCRATIC LEADERS AND THE MEDIA TREAT FORMER PRESIDENT BILL CLINTON AS A REVERED ELDER STATESMAN RATHER THAN AS THE DIRTY OLD MAN HE IS.

(Then again, THE SAME DEMS IDOLIZED TEDDY-DROWN-THE-DATE- KENNEDY, THE “LION” OF THE SENATE” who really should have been called The Lying Snake of the Senate.)

Dems’ war on women

Then there is Eliot Spitzer, a hypocritical egomaniac of gargantuan proportion — and also considering a political comeback. As state attorney general, he prosecuted prostitution rings of the same type he would later be found to have used himself.

As governor, he signed into law an anti-human trafficking law with the goal of punishing criminals who forced women into prostitution. The law even — get this — increased the penalties for men who patronized prostitutes.

Meanwhile, Spitzer treated young woman as sex toys. According to press reports, he may have spent upward of $80,000 on multiple trysts with high-priced call girls, committing both federal and state crimes.

After a brief period of trying to weather the story, he resigned in much-deserved disgrace.

But he still shows no shame:

DURING LAST YEAR’S PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN, SPITZER PROCLAIMED HE FEARED FOR THE FUTURE OF HIS DAUGHTERS IF PRO-LIFER RICK SANTORUM WERE ELECTED PRESIDENT. IF ONLY HE HAD SHOWN AS MUCH CONCERN FOR OTHER PARENTS’ DAUGHTERS BEFORE HE DECIDED TO RENT YOUNG WOMEN’S BODIES WITH A PORTION OF HIS VAST FORTUNE.

Consider: How many impoverished lives could Spitzer have improved if he’d donated those tens of thousands of dollars to charity rather than to hooker rings?

Dems' War on Women

In the dogmatic world of progressive ideology, a liberal politician can be forgiven for the serial abuse of women-- as long as he pays homage-- to a virtually unfettered “right” to an abortion, preferably paid for with taxpayer dollars.

As a result, the Democrats’ War on Women continues, with Generals Weiner, Lopez, Silver, Clinton and Spitzer leading the way.

And the lame stream, liberal biased media will continue to help by taking meanings out of context, such as when Romney spoke about a "binder of women." if that binder held photos of female aborted fetuses, the media would have LOVED HIM.

For one thing Carol, Clinton didn't "fire" any federal attorneys. Their terms were expired and they simply weren't renewed. This happened at the beginning of Clinton's term. Bushes wholesale canning of his prosecutors took place well into his term and they were let go because they were sent on a wild goose chase to find massive voter fraud and they didn't find any.
And no Carol, congress did not get the same intelligence that the White House had. A prime example was the infamous aluminum tubes that the Bush administration claimed as proof of Saddam's nuclear program. Congress did not get the dissenting views of nuclear scientists that they were in fact the wrong size and configuration for that purpose and were later determined to be for artillery rockets.
It's already been established Bush fired 7 U.S. Attorneys that he, himself, hired midterm. But in light of the much more serious accusations surrounding this president that could lead to his doorstep, Bush's presidential "transgression" pales in comparison.

Did Bush lie to us and the rest of the world about a terrorist attack on 9/11 to get reelected?

What if he had?

Did Bush create a climate of "us versus them" and the IRS punish the "them" on his behalf?

What if he had?

Did Bush's Attorney General confiscate journalists emails and phone records illegally and incite a sense of uneasiness among the entire media?

What if he had?

If Obama had only fired seven of his own U.S. Attorneys midterm, no one would have blinked an eye.

Congressional Democrats - down to the very last one - were ready to take out Saddam in 1998. Why would they think he was no longer a threat after 9/11 when he was so noncompliant with the inspectors and managed to bamboozle them?

Are Democrats that easily bamboozled?

Let it go.
