I aplaud those of you who attended and especially those who spoke. Mr. Lane, WAY TO GO. It must be torture to sit and listen in person to the inane drivel produced by those people.

I guess we should have known that TA would maneuver her lackies into chair and vice chair positions. Perhaps at the next meeting a motion can be made to enroll MR and the pastorvisor in an English grammar class. What a huge embarrassment they are to our county.

Can't wait for them to get on here, I want WH to please define the word "grammerical" that she kept repeating during the meeting.

At least we're in for some laughs this year during the meetings...leading up to the biggest laugh of all, which will come in Nov. Does she really think that if she votes in favor of some things the constituents speak against, that anyone will forget?

Thank you for all of those who got them to reverse any Supervisor being able to talk to county employees anytime they want. This is not their role as a supervisor. Let us get them out of office as soon as possible. I think we should set up an account for the citizens to pay for Pastor Supervisor King Woodard to get English lessons, I would be willing to donate. Now we will get to hear him a lot as co-chairperson. Gosh now he will be wanting us to call him Pastor, Supervisor, Co-Chairperson Woodard. I vote for I can't speak Supervisor Woodard. Looking forward to all the profile shots of Ressler in the Gazette this year, do they have a dental plan?

Ray Morales was indeed the star of the evening. He had no notes and spoke off the cuff. He was precise and to the point and told them how it's gonna be. WOW! And the crowd went wild with applause.
Thanks to ALL who had the tenacity to get up in front of the "Gang of 4" and speak their minds.
And not to worry. Whenever that awful Judge Parker decides to get off his dead ass and file the ruling with the court, if it indeed stands as he spat it at us on the 17th of last month, there will be MORE comments like Ray Morales' and then some.
WOW, they can posture all they want, but we will never forget what they have done. How could we anyway, they just keep on doing stupid stuff!

No, for those of us who were petitioners and were "sanctioned", it keeps the story alive as to how wrong the Gang of 4 were, are and always will be and to how wrong Westbrook Parker was in his ruling against the citizens who had the balls to petition to remove the 4 from office.

Thank God the DP will keep the story in the public eye.

After this mess is cleared up and put to rest, we will once again fade into obscurity and you can find something else to bitch at the DP about.

I am sure sorry I missed that one! But, I didn't think a crowded room would be a good place to go with a sore throat - I didn't think they would have let me sit at the table with the FOUR! LOL

Ray Morales, I don't know you but THANK YOU!

MR and Pastorvisor? LMAO!! This will be a year of Saturday Night Live in Gloucester County. Yes, friends, it can get worse than last year....not only hubris, condescending and unethical, now we have "Are you Smarter than a 5th Grader? NO!" running the board.

THANK YOU RAY MORALES.You said it all.

It is embarrassing to know that others will look at and hear Ressler and Woodard speak.

My new favorite word from Woodard at the meeting last night was : Espodite.

Mr. Woodard: I want to espodite certain matters. Expedite.

Can this get anymore more hokey? I sat and watched in amazement last night at how ridiculous MR looked and oh how she gushed about TA going to DC and speaking about agriculture and putting Gloucester County's name out there. Because of her and her cronies, Gloucester County is well known and pitied for the horrible mess the "Gang of 4" have made.

Time to Move on! The lawyer fees should be picked up by the County. These were bogus charges brought against this group. There are monies budgeted for this, called insurance.

Who paid the petitioner's legal fees since they had no Attorney? The County (taxpayers), that's who! The taxpayers paid for Hicks, Shaw, Special Grand Jury, and the two other special prosecutors, etc., etc., etc.

The embarrassment continues. Ressler as Chairwoman? They continue to feel vindicated in their leadership.

Still, can't help but remember it was the original 4-3 block that led to Bland and Adams getting ousted and Woodard and Crewe getting elected.

Theberge and Whitley shunned Altemus over and over and I guess it stewed for some time. If they had acted a little more professional, perhaps this raging mess would've never happened.

Good going ML. WOW, you are so right, taking words out of my mouth.....

Thanks to ALL the People who gathered and had a chance to speak up and out to the BOS.

Keep up the good fight, be it words or otherwise, these factors the BOS created will not die out until they are removed/leave/fired.

May the LAWS on the land rule out the obnoxious
attitudes, uneduccated pomp and circumstance in the BOS represent to the world.

Ml, you have presented yourself worthy of a seat next go around. Thanks from myself and MANY MANY
people who are " aggitated" by the abuse this system has brought on the People.

GODSPEED!

Grass roots, I couldn't agree more on TA.
With her " stance", hardly I would believe she is
capable of running a gas stattion. I would also render, TA knows nothing about anything-period.

Off Topic: Yesterday held the 111th Congress, saying good bye to John Warner, Godspeed to a fighter for the military and the People.

TA etal could take some lessons, repeated lessons from John Warner and his character, education and honesty. 30 years in politics is a good run.

It's no wonder that the divorce rate in this country is so high now. So many people have got it into their heads that we should be a proud people, American pride, pride in workmanship, afircan/italian/mexican-americ an pride, womens pride, and on and on and on. It is okay to have a little pride, you should be proud of who you are, and proud of what you do. But in this country there seems to be a lot of foolish pride nowadays. With the invention of the internet, everyone feels it is their right to be famous (just look at youtube and myspace). Even forums such as this one give a person a false sense of importance.

And this is the problem we now have in our local government, and many other levels of government. It has become an epidemic. Foolish pride on all sides has ruined the sanctity of marriage between the governors and the governed. The Bible commands us to approach all things with meekness and humility. That doesn't mean that you have to walk around with the backbone of a worm, but to understand that ALL things are done through God. Pastor Woodard should understand this, if he is reading the same Bible as the rest of us. Our local government has forgotten this commandment and it has cost us dearly. But it is the way of this country now, to allow foolish pride to get in the way of doing what is right.

I have said from the beginning that a heartfelt apology and a change in attitude to one of humility and meekness would solve this problem. That has not come, and we still have this problem. I will ask again, please, BOS4, apologize for breaking the sacred trust of your constituents, and rule with humility and meekness. Please understand that you govern with the permission of those governed. I hope you see the error of your ways, if not to fix thhis problem, then in the future so that you will have a more peacefl life.

Yes, gardernfariy we NEED this to remain obvious to every reader who follows local politics.

Clearly, TA etal need help in social skills, education, speaking publically, etc....
All of the above shows just how poor they are in politics, and then some. Poor Poor Poor representation for Gloucester, Virginia.

The irony of it all, I don't have any bad feelings about this going to the very end, for the people, by the people: I do believe shortly they are going to be cut down to the knees for their associations with TA and her imaginary stamp of approval to bill the people, along with MANY other items I would love to spew out, but, will refrain due to the vow I have taken:
"We are all equal, we are all people who have freedoms to express and if the current representation in GLO does not suit the people, fight on, find solutions and correct a very BAD wrong".

You should have ax him if the co-chair was entitled to a larger and better chair that he could order at county expense.
