Hampton Police Search for Murder Suspect

It does not make any since how an 18 year old can shot/murder someone,leave the murder scene, go to get a hair cut, and wait in the barbershop for his mother to pick him up, without any polices trying to find him, when my husband gave the police ALL information on this boy before he died, and the police have not found him yet!
He is still hanging around in Hampton(same area where he live!) BUT THE POLICE HAVE NOT FOUND HIM YET! Hampton is only so big, BUT THE POLICE HAVEN'T PICKED HIS ASS UP YET!
I have gotten tips on his where abouts, even informed the police letting them know that this young boy has cut ALL of his hair off and walking the streets like nothing happened! AND THE POLICE HAVEN'T PICK HIS BLAK ASS UP YET!
That is okay, even thought I am not in this state, I have much POWER to get things done!
HE WILL BE BOUGHT TO JUSTICE!
What the police does not understand is, even though Dwayne did his thing in the streets, he was still a human being, and loved to help others. He had his faults like everyone else, but the bottom line is that he was loved by many, hated by few(including Hampton Police)
