god bless you. It is not her mothers fault. And I feel for her mother. She has lost her daughter. And Cassie is so young and so frightened. I could not imagine being in her shoes. If only you people would just stop for a minute and just pretend you were her. She is 19 years old and she is lost and going to jail. She does not belong in jail she belongs in rehab. And if only someone got her the help she needed in the first -place the last time she was in trouble with lynnette and the feds and tamika she would not be in this mess. wow big deal what did they do put her in rehab for a month or something what good did that do. people dont understand that when you have a drug problem i mean a real severe drug program it takes the rest of your life to get over it that means recovery programs and aa forever you can never stop and you will never magically be cured. she needs and in- house program for a year and this is why all these young people are a mess beacause when we go to get them help judges dont order them enough help a monthe or two doesnt cut it.

Recently it was revealed that the youth detention facility in Manchester is half empty. There has been talk of moving the women from Goffstown prison to YDC. My question is why?? If there are young punks in every town in the state hanging around doing drugs then why is it empty. At the very least start giving out sentences for a few weeks. Maybe we can show some of these young punks what their future is going to be like if they don't learn some respect. Lynch's law that you only get 90 days back in for parole violations, only tells offenders that we don't take their violations that seriously.

Its all a joke...All they ever get is a slap on the wrist....I know someone who swindled an old lady out of thousands of dollars and they didnt keep him in jail bc they were "too full"....its a joke slaps on the wrists never taught anyone..BUT then again there are some people out there that just NEVER learn

Obviously the system isn't working. Time to make a change and deal with the root of the problem. Instead of jail because we know this isn't the answer, why not do a boot camp for these kids. I haven't seen one positive out come of these kids that are thrown in jail.It does brake them down and make them harder emotionally among other problems they have from being in jail. But what good does that do for everyone else?

Don't do the crime , if you can't do the time. She has had plenty of breaks and that certainly did not work.

I am by know means sticking up for these people, but when these kids starting getting into trouble they were 14,15 16 years old. and some got a slap on the wrist and some did hard time. And the proof that the system needs to change is everywhere.

why should the town be responsable for doing anything parents step up or your kids are going to jail. when she hurts or kills some one are you still going to feel bad for her get a clue we can let this keep going on time to pay for the crimes commited. what about the victoms in this story the poor 80 year old needs the help to recover from the scare of here life shame sahame shame on us for letting a criminal run the streets

Does anyone reading this article stop and think what would make these young souls do this? No because it is not you or you family but news for you it could be tomorrow. As far as you blaming a mother for what a kid does well you are obviously not a parent or a parent who goes around thinking not my kid. Parents bring kids into this world and do the best they can bringing them up when they become adults they make their own decisions. What is the real root cause in my opinion it is black and white "DRUGS". You would think that the people of Seabrook would wake up and demand that the Police and elected officials do something about the plague that is killing your kids or causing them to do things that will have life altering affects forever. Use your energy to do something positive today instead of degrade a mother and her family whos heart is hurting. My heart goes out to the 80 year old lady, her family, the family of these young souls that committed this act, and the young souls that need some serious help. God Bless you all and be with you through this trying time.
well everything you wrote makes sense besdes the people of seabrook Well SEABROOK IS NOT THE ONLY PLACE WHERE THERESPEOPLE ON DRUGS EVERYWHERE YOU GO THEIR WILL BE DRUGS SO DONT BLAME SEABROOK FOR ALL THE DRUGSHIT CAUSE THAT IS BULLSHIT!!!!!!!
