I thought after the first time it got downed that they could not try it again and they suppose to send the money back so another school can use it there is something rotten in denmark, thats what i thought i heard them say what a bunch of bs,they think us Seabrooker's are dumb, that superintendents office thinks they can get away with anything they want to,in my opinion they are trying to make us Seabrooker's look stupid,i hope the tax payers take a good long hard look at this 1.9 million project, and vote it down again.Again there is something fishy going on.There are allot of thing on that list that our maintance crew can do,they hired a maintance man to do that stuff why isnt he doing it and i am told he has 2 helpers too,so what is going on over there,i think we need some new leadership this coming march and hopefully we get it wether that would be me or someone else, its time for a change.

The 1.9 million vote is all about a grudge. This is all about I can do it if I want tooo. The Seabrook School Board Chair is taking her own personal feelings and bringing them to the table with the tax payers money. She will keep having the vote until it passes at $5000.00 a wack. I dont think she really cares about the kids and the tax payers money.

I guess if you are elected you can use your powers as you wish in Seabrook. Your kids are not getting the education that every other kid is getting and it is a shame that noone stands up for them. You all have rights and you pay a fine amount of money per student. I read somewhere that the Seabrook School would have lost the funds if the vote was defeated in September. Well it is November and the vote will take place according to the Hampton Union again in December regarding the same funds. Is March that far away for all of you to have a fair chance to vote. I guess in Seabrook you the elected officials can go against the vote of the people but I will tell you this type of action wouldnt stand a chance in Hampton or Exeter. I never thought I would see the day that Seabrook people back down from anything. You people in Seabrook need to wake up and stand up for your rights and your kids. Good luck!

You are soooo right, like i said i thought it was suppose to be turned back if we didnt use it,as the superintendent said if we dont use it we cannot get it again it will go to another school so how is it that we can get it now i dont understand,my opinion is they just wanted to shove it down our throats as soon as possible,so know one would question it why?i think there is something rotten in denmark. We need for our kids to have a better education not a prettier school.

We need someone over that school that will put the interest of the taxpayers and most of all our kids. You people in Seabrook better get together and put a strong one to run in March.

Why cant this be done in March we are wasting tax dollars the school could use this on education. Not saying I am aginst the energy idea but the way it is being voted on is a bit sly.peoplr dont like to see money wasted when the rest of the town is on a default budjet and you are wasting money we should be conserving with the economy the way it is you dont know if your budjet will pass this year.

I worked there for several years as a custodian, some of the work that honeywell presented could be done by the maintance workers,i did it why cant they,im talking about the inside maintance man and he has a helper to do some of these things that should be done by them.Do i think they deserve a raise they get a % or coast of living raise every year plus a step raise when they first get hired for 8 years.I know there is some work they cant do it gets either sent out or bid on.We need some money for EDUCATION is all i'm saying if thats the case i would vote for it 100 times if i could.

I guess if we were all material girls like you the most important thing would be the building beautified but I for one think we need to improve the education. I see on channel 22 that WHS is presenting Science/Math test scores you should go to the meeting and hear the results for yourself. Miss Material Girl.

I find it hard to belive this will not cost the taxpayers a penny. It may be 0% intrest but it is money that still must be paid back. The way the economy is right now I dont know if we should talke on such A HEAFTY BILL.If I am wrong please correct me.I am all for improvement of the school and agree it would be a great oportunity but I think it is just the wrong time that it came to us.I thought the money had to be given back. Was this another scare tactic?I dont think people are any more educated now on this then they were then.Maybe more recruted to vote?I dont know something aint right with this.

Why is Honeywell the only company to offer this service or being contracted to do it? There are other major companies out there. We voted No once. What would happen if we kept having Town meetings and re-voting because certain groups didn't like the way the vote went? We would never get anything done. This is not an emergency situation. We need some college educated people on this school board. Just a question for some educated folks. Couldn't this meeting and vote be squashed by an action of the Superior Court? They are the same ones that allow for special town meetings. It's time for the State to oversee the Seabrook Schools and school board. Paula Woods was right to announce this meeting at the Budget Committee meeting last night. Let the rest of the town know what's going on. Not just the parents of students since we all pay for this building and system.

Daily Horoscope for December 4

Sagittarius

You're in a sensitive mood today, so you need to choose the company you keep very carefully. Resist the urge to believe only what you want to believe and to disregard the rest, even if something is so obvious that it's staring you in the face. Do not bury your head in the sand or avoid anything unpleasant, because you'll have to face it sooner or later. The more you resist doing this now, the more difficult things may be further down the line.
