I guess this is all the Federal Govt. has to do, never mind the occupation of 2 countries, gas prices rising, their new health plan destroying the middle classes. Never mind the tax increases on the horizon

This is a mandate for all states to change all street signs to upper and lower case so they are easier to read.
I wonder who knows someone who makes these reflective signs? Foolish waste of cash - replace as they get ruined or rusted or old not on a whim. Got to love a Democratic Congress that passes these sort of laws and mandates!

Over $4 million of stimulus money was spent replacing the highway signs along Rte. 93 in Massachusetts. The problem was the signs were only two and a half years old and would have lasted fifteen years without a problem.

In the meantime the Lowell Transitional Shelter is hurting for money.

Idiot thinking like this is why the stimulus failed.

Hey guys, I waited until somebody blamed democrats. It wasd BUSH who did this, according to the story and this proves we allow our bias to selectively read much. Washington passes much and they have no idea of the implications.
