watching the selectmans meeting on the 6th is dam embarassing! Please watch who you vote for! The two women are TROUBLE MAKERS big time! We need a town manager with some guts and knowledge that knows how to run a meeting. Disgusting! What the hell happened to Aboul Kahn?

AK has been programed. He jut goes against the other two to make himself look good. I dont see what the big deal was to wait two weeks to ask a lawyer if it is ok. AK is just lookin for votes when he runs again, i say lets run his punk ass out of town

Seriously, where was the Time Out Chair when we needed it? What part of "illegal" don't you understand? Where was the leadership to say, "OK, moving on."

I am sure the others will bitch but he came in 2nd and deserves it. The ones bitchin i am wondering that if they came in 2nd they would be ok with the decision to put Mr Smith in. Good luck Mr Smith and hope the best for you but i am sure MB and the rest will be pissed off, but they always are anyway.

Well I wished I had voted for Mr. Smith. I didn't know him well when I was voting. So I guess my wish came true after all. Awesome. I just hope they don't tear him up. Good Luck!

I didnt vote for Mr Smith or E.S but i am going to whish MR Smith the best of luck and just hope he works well with the others and we can move on in the right direction. It;s to bad people will trash him and not agree with the decision, but i think the selectmen looked into this before they made their decision. We can expect at this weeks selectman meeting the same old constant complainers will be there stiring somethin up. I know that on wednesday nights there are some awsome t.v shows on and i would rather be home relaxing and not starting some kind of trouble up town. So good luck to the selectmen and most of all Mr Smith and get the town on the right track. Just remember that you cant please everyone and mostly the ones who just cant be pleased and want things done their way. Well maybe that is why they will never be a selectman in this town.

example: the finance manager
she got hired in September pay around 70,000 with a 6 month probation period.
job description for finance manager is accounting , accounts payable, ect... well she doesn't know any of it .. she knows no accounting at all , so our town manager AND THE BOARD OF SELECTMAN don't care they like her haha , they have us the taxpayers paying for the new finance manager on probation making 70,000 taking classes to learn how to do her job which the taxpayers pay her salary. on Monday this inexperience finance manager will become permanent with full benefits , for the last 6 months this has been known behind close doors and it isn't fair . this department has a manager unable to do accounting in every aspects . a very important position and department for this town. ask to see the job posting for the finance manager position . maybe the board wants a puppets for finance as well as the town manager ... why not hire the people that can do the best or at least the job they are getting paid to do. we shouldn't have to pay for someone to educate themselves for a job they should already know how to do , just a thought

What kind of ridiculous candidates will we have to choose from this time around? From what I am hearing it's not looking good as usual. I hope last year's election was a lesson to all of us. My god, what a town this is! Folks, things are bad enough already. Do the right thing, vote for Brendan. Lesser of all the evils. Can you actually imagine having a selectman such as P.K.? At least enough were smart enough not to vote for him. God help us and save the Town of Seabrook!
