I have never seen anything good of the Seabrook cops. You call them and they don't do their jobs. Or they tell you not to call them and then threaten to arrest you if you call them again. Several people I know have had charges or harassment brought against them because they dared to stand up to these overpaid bums.
Nothing ever gets done in this town. People complain but wont do anything and the people in the town hall get away with anything.

Sounds like your upset your father is not able to do anything for you? Your jealousy is Easy to see. Sad, people have to live like this. If you are this jealous about what someone can do for their kid. Make sure you are able to do something for your kid.
An about bozo, I find it very hard for Ivan Eaton Sr to get George (bozo) Eaton a job at the water Dept. You do realize that George had to go to school to obtain and keep his job. I tell you what though, I will use my power in town to get you a job, one that is equal to your skill level. How does Town Idiot sound? You can wave to the Masshole's crossing the line to move here. Since you are obviously one of them already!

I remember Jeremy Tetreault...seeing him Portsmouth with one July 4th night a longggg time ago, in Junior High. Also remember what a coward he was, when his "friend" got bullied, pushed and kicked in the head by an older male from Portsmouth. Jeremy Tetreault and his friend, who was supposedly "big and bad", BOTH ran, and left the victim their ALONE, to be beaten. Coward. Makes sense to someone who understand human psychology, in that he is an actual real-life coward, even till this day, which was probably the catalyst for his desire to become a cop. Becoming a cop's would grant him the CONTROL he never had, the "authority", and the POWER to make himself feel less of a coward. Upon hearing that he became a police officer, I immediately understood why, and also instantly expected him to have a MAJOR ISSUE while on duty and in "control". There are REAL cops out there, they are the ones who pick you up if you're out walking home in the freezing cold, they smile at the townsfolk, are pleasant, positive, and understanding. The rest, well, the grumpy, unpleasant officer is merely a projection of the inner-self, the EGO. People act the way they do for a reason. It comes from inside. And I don't trust life-long cowards and people who RUN and leave victims behind. They should NEVER be allowed to have guns, and a badge. Unacceptable.

Will a certain good old boy SPD group protect one of their own. We can only hope the good cops will not allow another cover up within the spd family. We will have to wait and see should be interesting.

Impaired driving is just not worth it
While most people understand that drunk driving is dangerous and potentially fatal, few people who have not been arrested realize that being convicted of driving while just over the legal blood-alcohol limit of .08 percent is also a life-damaging event.
As Ryan Russman, a lawyer who defends many DWI cases, explains, if you lose your license, you may not be able to get to work because New Hampshire doesn't have "work only" driver's licenses, and in Maine it's very difficult to get one. "If you can't get to work, you can't earn a living. If you can't earn a living, you can't pay your mortgage, and if you can't pay your mortgage, your marriage and your children suffer. It's just not worth the risk."
The impact on your work and home life, combined with lawyers fees and court fines in the range of $10,000 to $15,000, plus the steep hike in your auto insurance bills for years into the future can all potentially combine to create a very unhappy new year.
After all our research into driving under the influence of alcohol, our conclusion is pretty simple: If you're going to drink, don't drive.
Alcohol affects each one of us differently. Our age, sex, weight, medications, state of mind, whether we have eaten, and experience with alcoholic beverages all play a role. And these factors can vary from one night to the next. The only way to be certain you are a safe and sober driver is to choose not to drink and drive.
And the decision about whether or not to drink needs to be made before you head out for a night on the town. You can't have a few drinks and then decide whether or not you are sober enough to drive because your judgment will be impaired. And keeping track of how many drinks you've had and judging how much alcohol is in each of those drinks also becomes more difficult after each one is consumed.
All this creates a dilemma for those of us who live in and around a city that offers so many places to eat, drink and be merry. In Portsmouth alone, there are 153 establishments licensed to sell liquor. And for many, a glass of wine at dinner is an essential part of the meal. In an ideal world, no one would drive after consuming an alcoholic beverage. In the real world, people do, and so here are a few things to think about as you get ready to celebrate New Year's Eve.
If you are on medications, be sure you know how combining them with alcohol will affect you.
Drinking on an empty stomach intensifies the effects of alcohol. Don't do it.
Just because you feel sober and can walk steadily doesn't mean your blood-alcohol level is under the legal limit. Many people, particularly those who are regular drinkers, can pass field sobriety tests while still being way over the legal limit. It's not how you feel, it's how much you've consumed that counts.
Alcohol burns off at a rate of .015 percent per hour. So if you stop drinking two hours before you drive, you'll reduce your blood-alcohol level by .03 percent.
Coffee doesn't make you sober. "That just makes you a really alert drunk," said Portsmouth Deputy Police Chief Corey MacDonald.
Last year, between Thanksgiving and New Year's Eve, 13 people were killed in crashes on New Hampshire roadways, state police report. Let's all make smart decisions this New Year's Eve so that our celebrations become lasting memories, rather than regrets.
Seacoast Media Group wishes all our readers a safe and happy new year.

It takes courage to come forward and speak out against police abuse, especially when the victim is an underage girl. The story below of the Mark Preston DWI could have been avoided if he had been fired and charged with previous DWIs. He was never even charged when he got drunk and pushed his girlfriend into oncoming traffic and a lot of people saw that.

The problem with this whole case is that the public was asking whether or not he was still on the payroll after he resigned and how much was the pension that he drew. There were no answer given by the town manager (Brenner) at the time and this individual was allowed to remain on until October to draw a larger pension. The irony that this Democratic State Rep served two terms in Concord, rarely voting to do anything but protect the pension.
SEABROOK A police officer accused of going on a drunken, profanity-laced tirade against Salisbury, Mass., police after his arrest there for DWI last month has resigned.
Mark Preston, 51, resigned effective Tuesday morning, according to a brief statement issued by Town Manager Barry Brenner and Police Chief Patrick Manthorn.
Preston, a sergeant and 30-year veteran, was arrested the night of July 31 after allegedly smashing into a parked car in Salisbury and then taking off on foot toward the New Hampshire border.

All of these people have retired after years of alleged abuses. All of them are now drawing big pensions, and its the taxpayers who are getting the bill for all of their games.
