if he was abused, it is understandable that he would want to escape from them and from prison.

There is no IF he was abused...He stated he killed his brothers.."so there will be only one:... This scum had in mind to get rid of his family. He is a cold calculated scum that got caught. Good riddance!

No mention if he was on any pharmaceutical drugs. That often seems to be a common thread in these
adolescent murders. If he was on any prescription drugs then his doctor and the pharm company should also stand with accused.

provong abuse is tough i suspect nick was abused but it will be hard to proove. Even if he was killing his parents and whole family isnt excusable.

How could he kill his little brothers.I am not sure if he was/wasn't abused by his parents, but he didn't have to kill those poor kids.I hope he stays in jail for the rest of his life.

I would love to post a TON of comments on this very very tragic case, and when i say tragic i'm talking of Shakespearean proportions, this entire case :( Prayers to the ENTIRE Browning family, and everyone affected...which is aLOT of people, that is the magnitude of this case... nothing about this case is your average case, not a damn thing about it... and i will comment more later :) Love &Peace to the Brownings, and to everyone suffering pain& abuse of any/all sorts, and may we all learn to exercise compassion and OBJECTIVITY...very important thing, which by the way, is EXACTLY the reason why a 3rd person can *SEE* things in ways that someone such as a 'close personal friend', what w/ his emotions all running amok, would not be able to do at all. and this is why, in a court of law we use a jury of our peers who have no knowledge of the case or person in question. ;) thank you :)

People in this town oughta be freakin ASHAMED of themselves, they know who they are.... this young man in this case has been rail-roaded, first by his parents, then his friends, then the legal system... now hit me back with any questions.

now, for those trolling the Browning stories looking for whatever salacious comments they can pounce on like a buncha vultures? well listen carefully cuz u are who i'm addressing: you think twice even 3 f ing times or more be4 you condemn somebody, unless&until u can supply a complete f ing answer to the universal questions of why Our Creator hands down certain 'tests' to certain individuals, instead of pointing your fingers get yourselves educated, put down the vampire chronicles &offspring concerts son, familiarize yourselves w/ the Dalai Lama, things of that nature, etc. not all this trifling 'oh i just KNOW it went like this.." ... when in reality, you really don't know do you, and you wanna call that first degree, stupid monkeys... and i will take those issues to the 'powers that be', if necessary... in the meantime, do not count Nicholas Browning out, you have no idea what his future holds... yes, this case is very sad, whole damn thing makes me angry, you have no idea....

Bollinger you the one needs to be in the psychiatric facility. This low life scum of the earth burden on society KILLED his entire family! You people need to wise up, pull your pritches up get some balls on you, get tough with these idiots that think they can kill their own Mama and claim their was mental abuse or physical abuse. I bet Mr. & Mrs. Browning did have to use some physical abuse on this idiot. I know I sure would have! Use some common sense Judge Bollinger if you have any and send this low life scum of the earth burden on society to his execution. Ask yourselves why didn't this monster just run away if he didn't like his life? Why did he have to execute the entire family to get away from them? Nick Browning should be executed A.S.A.P. not babysat at some pycho ward! He's just going to kill the rest of the Browning bunch once he gets out of the pycho ward. God gave you a brain what did you do with yours?

...shaking my head after reading the above comment, advocating physical abuse is he, and execution of a mentally disturbed teenage kid who committed an error--yes, a grievously colossal one-- still, a MISTAKE nonetheless, an UNPLANNED ONE... how many mistakes have you made mr. hessmer, la ? and are your multiple errors, which i am sure number in the thousands, any better or worse than what a 15 year old kid committed while under stresses that are obviously so far removed from your level of understanding that you just simply cannot relate at all to a word of what's happened here in this case here, can you mr. hessmer, la...educate yourself son.

Shaking your head is good maybe you'll come to your senses. I have a different prospective as I have dealt with this evil on a personal basis. Try to think for yourself whoever you are. Do you want this monster living with you or for that matter near you or even on the same planet?

i will tell u this son, i sure as hell don't want YOU living anywhere near me... let me define for you exactly how abuse works... after years of it, your mind plays tricks on you, hence the mental illness... this is why one can't make decisions such as what u suggest: just run away--that would maybe seem 'logical'? to be able to think clearly enough to make that type of decision? however, you are abused, mentally disturbed, & *can't* think like that... am i explaining it in small enough words for you to fully understand that simplet concept right there? i am having extreme difficulty taking you seriously, you are showing what a truly ignorant, in the full sense/meaning of the word, CAVEMAN you are. and i am not impressed, fool, tool...now do not make a mockery of this case, forum or yourself any longer, next post i see of yours better be well-informed. perhaps you have dealt w/'evil' for so long that it has become you?

Let me see if I am understanding what your implying kat25923. All 270 Americans that have been shot & killed today mentally & physically abused the idiot that shot and killed them. Is that what you are saying? Then the 12,870 American people that have been shot and killed so far this year mentally and physically abused the idiots that made the freewill decision to shoot and kill them. Is that what you are saying? Are you saying that the entire Browning Family is responsible for their own violent brutal deaths? Because Nick Browning thought he was mentally and physically abused he had the right to go on a murderous rampage and kill his entire family.

Good Lord... lol... not sure how to respond here, let me first say, i haven't even finished reading your last post, it was just too ridiculous at sentence #2, however, i *did* enjoy 3/4 of the post u left be4 that, u know, the one where you copied&typed from your Scout book... it is (painfully) obvious that you have absolutely no clue whatsoever as to the dynamics of this particular case: for you to group this 'out-of-the-ordinary-in-every- way case' into some nice&neat little packaged 'statistic', as if all murders take place the same way for the same reasons?? sir, there are numerous levels&degrees of murder, i am not saying the young man didn't commit the crime, i am saying--well i'm saying a number of things-- but listen, you have a twisted perception of this case, this young man, and very likely a large assortment of other issues... peace be with you, sir, please, you need to have more faith in your fellow man, try to be more positive ;)
