Why does the cost keep going up Auto reg fees ? and continued fees being added ?

one fee is $3 dollars not showen .located on the wall in town hall yellow card add that to your (reg cost)

another is 1 dollar fee we give the the town clerk add that to the cost Why ? dont we pay enough now in fees

the selectmen are sleeping as we pay
its not a lot of money but in gives you the inside track you makeing car paymentsand fees to the town for a 1 x 1 yellow sticker
