What could these young men possibly have been thinking? Come on, a nearly 90 year old woman! How sad and pitiful these little punks are.

so what happened to these 2juveniles and 1 adult, nothing has been in the paper again. It's all been really hush hush. Funny thing is, the 18 year olds parents have a forum in Mount Pleasant, in the past, they were bashers, now all of the sudden, the cops, county and city officials do no wrong.

The 2 juveniles got off with 1 year probation, while the 18 yr. old was placed under a $500,000 bond and is in Maury County Jail. The 17 year old was the one who took the money from the register and dragged the lady to the floor. He received 1 year probation and was sent back to school with the other 17 year old who turned 18 just a few weeks after the robbery. The younger 2 were not tried as adults.

By the way, I am the mother of the 18 year old who is in Maury County Jail. Our son is getting his punishment and his 3 siblings are being punished right along with him.

Do you need to know anything else?

Sorry your child was involved, but he was just as involved as the other 2. Plain and simple what they did was wrong. It is local news and people have a right to discuss it now don't they

Yes, I don't wish this heartache on any parent. We've tried to teach our children right from wrong from the moment they said their first words as babies, but when they grow into young adults, unfortunately they can make some very wrong decisions. By the way, my son has served over 120 days in jail (spent his 19th birthday there) and I pray he learns a lesson from this, and I am thankful the store clerk wasn't physically harmed. She's a very sweet lady and she's not nearly 90 years old - not that age really is a factor in this case. I hope the owner of the store has video cameras installed for her worker's safety and well-being, as I understand this very same store has been robbed several times before.

I hope that if you have a child or more than 1 child, you never ever have to endure the pain our family has felt or have to read negative info. about them in the news. We still love our son and are very proud of him. ;) God Bless!
