100 Acres...Now What?

We're a lower middle class family, and we have come into several acres of land. We're not farmers, but it would be nice if we could use the land in some way that would contribute financially to our family. What would you do with 100+ acres to make some money?

Fence it, go to a live stock auction in April, buy newborn calf stock (from dairy operations) bottle feed 'em for 6 weeks, raise 'em for 6 months to a year (if you keep 'em over the winter they'll need a barn for shelter and warmth) then take 'em for auction. If the market is good, you can make some nice pocket change. General rule of thumb, 2 acres per head.
We did that and it was hard work, fun and we made some bucks...
