Also messenger you forget the vatican's connection to a man who was convicted of fraud involving the buying and selling of Catholic real estate. That man was Follieri whose uncle from Rome set it up and even bishop Galante and many priests from Camden Diocese were investigated by FBI. The Pope needs to take action and get rid of the evil which has infiltrated the vatican.

<quoted text>I wouldn't say I'm trying to "fortify" anything. May God Bless You and St. Mary's but May God Bless the Catholic Church from vicious attackers. So many people speak ill of the Church when they do "unpopular things" like closing down churches, schools and hospitals. People also speak ill of the Church when they do "popular" things as well. Mergers are usually unpopular. The most important thing is to be civil and remember that God has a plan and will help with your healing.
The mergers are happening because of money and sexual abuse cases.
It is about taking several parishes and combining money. Before the diocese was even thought of these parishes managed to flourish on their own until they had to give to the diocese to support their lavish lifestyles, fancy cars, 5 star hotel and restaurants, internet, computers etc. fancy vacations aka pilgrimages and also who picks up the tab for memberships to certain bars and nightclubs??? Open your eyes and see the truth. Christ is about truth. There has been nothing but lies, incorrect facts and data and even history has been distorted to justify certain parish closures. many letters that came back from Rome were unChristian especially from the nuncio. For example woodstown has put in on time actually twice a formal appear and the vaticna has played games and said that the appeal was not sent in on time. Nothing but lies and coverups. We all watched on tv how many lukewarm catholics publically defended a conartist crook principal from Haddonfield who was caught red handed shoplifting from the cherry hill mall. "he was such a nice man...." So was ted bundy. the problem is that novus ordo new order catholics are in denial and are indifferent to sin.

If you go to the salem county fair, there is a picture of Father Romanowski, the last former pastor of St. Mary's Malaga, NJ entered in the photography section. It is titled Father Romanowski visits Woodstown and it is in black and white.

Every year Father Romanowski and many others would visit St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church in Woodstown, NJ for the feast of St. Joseph. For the first time this year, there was no Mass there for the feast....so we said prayers and headed to Wagon Wheel for lunch.

This is for messenger: How can you support removing Christ from His towns and taberacles? You should not give "obedience" to lukewarm coreteam, convener priests, and bishop. Give obedience to God and you will see the truth that these mergers and closures are wrong. They go against God and the teachings of the true Church.
May God have mercy on your soul for not being brave enough to see the truth and stand up Christ and his Church. We are the "remnant"...the few for Christ.

One of the coreteam members wrote an article in the catholic newspaper and here is my response:

First of all many from your parish are not very nice at all. Cussing, drunkeness, verbal and physical abuse is not very Christian or Christlike.

Also, if it was your church closing, your opinions would be very different. You were only selected as coreteam to boost your ego. The decisions to close these parishes were made along time ago long before the deaneries were even thought of. It ws just propaganda to conquer and divide and promote the evil agenda of the "church". All over the USA the vocabulary such as core team, priest conveners etc has been used and there are booklets on how to deal with people who won't follow the program too. Maybe instead of all this bogus research and data collection and all those meetings to make certain people feel special, there could have been more time devoted to truly solve problems and get people to come back to the church instead of chasing them away.

How can this or any other diocese discuss ecumenical meetings when there is no longer any Catholic presence in that community. Many of these mergers are failing and more and more people are being neglected. How can camden county which has public transportation and even some churches are in walking distance why aren't these parishes in mt ephraim, haddon heights, haddonfiedl for example being merged. There are 2 catholic churches in cherry hill practically next doore to one another and yet they are stand alone parishes.

When you closed down St. Gregory's in Somerdale and St. Joe's in Woodstown you closed down parishes which served african american Catholics too. It seems that African americans catholics have been directed to camden. Also, in Woodstown is one of the few parishes which have Native American parishioners african american and hispanic but many of st joes core team were old racists. But they moved the parish to rich, white mullica hill. St joseph's Catholic Church had just built a parish center because the parish wsa growing quickly... the plans for mullica was decided long ago because deptford didn't want the church and highschool. This is the truth. When are you people going to see the truth. The trouble is Rome for failing to take any action to truly investigate and do what is right and they won't. If they allowed children to be sexually abused.....

I don't want to be with hypocrites. And then you have people like "messenger" who is in denial and believes the propaganda that is being used to justify these sins against God.

I will be there at St. mary's for the feast of the Assumption.

When these churches do close please return any items like crucifixes, relics, stain glass windows and anything else that was donated by hard working families.

If you notice, that many of these traditional churches that are pre-vatican II are being closed while the modern 1960's (ugly) churches are being kept open. Abstract art just like the abstract religion because it is no longer Catholic.

The 4 marks of the church is one, holy Catholic, apostolic...

There are 62 reasons for not attending the New Order Mass of Pope Paul VI and Blessed JOhn XXIII

The sexual abuse is sin and crimes that go against God and the teachings of the Catholic church. To be indifferent and to condone sins is the works of the devil.
It indeed is a sin.

Hold them accountable indeed. The problem is that in the Tea Party there some nuts who hate The United States just based on the posts I've read by some and visiting the Save St. Mary's website and youtube videos, I've seen more than enough posts and videos from people who hate the Catholic Church. I don't see anyone countering or removing those statements online. They counter those who defend the Catholic Church.

Remember that Jesus loves you. "Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God." (John 3:19-21)

Any sin is bad...no matter who does it- I agree but this topic is about St. Mary's. There's a bunch of good Christians trying to reverse the Catholic Church's decision. There's nothing wrong with that. It's obvious there are some who will never forgive the Church and will use every means to attack it. They will attack anything and everything for the sin committed by a few. Sadly just like in Government, there was some in the CHurch who violated our trust. That shouldn't make you hate the Church and ALL of its decisions. The priest who presided over my wedding was allegedly charged with sexual misconduct. I am very saddened by this. I hope he is innocent but if not may God have mercy on his soul and regardless may God help the victims. I do not hate the Catholic Church because a priest that I know possibly commited a sin.

Right now we are hearing about award winning baseball coach from St. Neumann in Philadelphia taking a small boy to a hotel....and look how many "Catholics" still defended this man. You can pray for the sinner however, the sinner deserves to be punished...

The NOvus Ordo church brings it onto itself. It is fulfilling prophesy but this can be stopped if they turn back to roots and consecrate themselves to Sacred heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary.

If you were a real Catholic, you would know that today was the first day of Ember Days. Today, Friday, and Saturday are Ember days which are for praying and fasting. This was elimated by vatican II. Today was partial fast with one meal meat. Friday is fish and saturday is partial fast with one meal meat.

Vatican II makes the "church" non-Catholic. We don 't hate the Novus Ordo Church ... we pray for their souls. Open your eyes..it is not just one priest.

It is not just about St. Mary's in Malaga, NJ....it is about all the and churches and schools all over America. The Whole world is watching...even Rome is watching.

These plans to close churches and schools have been a long time in the making. There is a book about a San Francisco parish which was closed down in the 90's. These bishops knew about the sexual abuse and they planned the closures to sell off property. Why is there closures and merger then cluster which is each parish remains as stand alone while priest travels to each parish. Instead there are many mergers of fiances and property of the 3 parishes. Also, if there is a priest shortage, why are so many still taking lavish vacations and co-celebrating, golf, internet. Too busy to take care of the sick and dying. These priests are doing less and less while lay people are taking on more responsibility.

Look and Ewtn. LOok how many of those priests "fathers"corapi, pavone and many others are lining their pockets and leading a double life. It's not Catholic.

Church stopped being catholic since vatican II,

we don't hate the novus ordo church we pray for their souls...The Novus ordo camden diocese will sell their properties to any religion or occult and claim they are ecumenical and predjudice. However, they will not sell to or recognize traditional catholics. Instead, they try to steal our property. They will say we are herectics. They hate us because we are the TRuth...

Borrowinging money from a communist country and allowing imported goods created by companies who break child labor laws, fda laws etc is not American. Condoning Sexual abuse and coverups, rewarding pedophiles, and closing churches and schools is not Catholic.

We are defending our country and our religion.
