There's a reason why 3 other restaurants who have been at the same locations as Tony Soprano's have failed. CUSTOMER SERVICE. I feel very intimidated by some of the people there. The food is AWESOME but the CUSTOMER SERVICE is awful too many times. Sometimes they're nice but I think they hate their jobs and it shows.
EXACTLY!
SOS, just like the Water Ice place where they go about the business, texting and/or yakking on the cell about what Maria did last night at the party, while people waited outside wondering if they are open.
Make your own pizza at home; tastes better; will be delic and everyone will appreciate you.
I remember old man Bruni; took family there one night when no one else was in the place. First thing he said was something like, "Keep your children seated at the table or leave". We left and never went back. The children were babies and were quiet when we walked in.

A similar thing happened to me. Why bother having a dining room if you don't customers to eat in? I took my friend there once and she too felt as if they were groaning and bothered that we decided to dine in. That makes no sense especially since it'll mean a tip to the server and most likely a larger food purchase.

do not use this restaurant. There is a server at this location named laura who is nothing but the worst server ive ever seen. If you are seated here and get her as your server, you might as well just get up and walk out. Or get up and walk to the kitchen to get your own food because if it was left up to her..youd starve. She has the wosrt way of talking to people and an iggnorance in her tone of voice. Its not worth the trouble.

I guess if you don't care about the service and only care about the food then you're a happy customer. But I worked in the food service industry before and generally grumpy/unhappy people don't wash their hands, bathe, brush their teeth. They are more likely to serve you food that fell on the floor and most likely will spit on your food if they don't like you.. P.S. It's obvious that maria, angelina, mac and joshua are the same person. You can tell from their poor grammar and the fact that the location and time are the same. Pretty lame attempt to make Sopranos look good when it isn't. No ITALIAN likes going there. Many organizations who had dinners their took their business elsewhere due to poor service.

My family and I visit Hammonton twice a year for extended stays, and this is always the first restaurant I seek out. I haven't had their pizza, I go there for their pasta dishes and garlic knots. We've always been treated very nicely, and everytime we have been, the manager Tony has personally come over to make sure everything is good. He has also brought us complimentary appetizers. I find that if I go into a place with a warm greeting and a smile on my face, I get treated the same way.

We also go in with our 3 small children and have never been discouraged from dining in. Our kids are very well behaved though, and if any of them started acting up, we would certainly leave immediately. To me, it seems like they WANT people to eat in because they have their 5 course meal for the price of an entree AND also the buffet.

I have tried every other restaurant in Hammonton, and there are definitely other excellent choices. Maplewood and Illiano's are my other favorites, but Sopranos is always my first stop!

Well consider yourself lucky. About 1/3 of the time, my experiences have differed. I do like their food though. If you mind grumpy people then Forget About IT. If you don't mind then Soprano's in Hammonton is a good stop. I however will never dine in there again. 2 strikes, I won't give them a 3rd.

I haven't gone since they started that Buffet. Maybe they have gotten better with their dine in service if they've noticed iced people weren't happy.

I toatlly agree with most of you the empoloyees are the worst but the food is descent. You order 10 wings or 20 wings you get 1 bluecheese. if you order double the wings you should get doub le the blue cheese . they charge you for it abd when you question it they basicaly come off if you dont like it go somewhere else. horrible service. Definately pricy

Phone ordered pizza here three times as the descriptions are appetizing. Each time I was quoted times when they would be ready. showed up at the specified time only to wait another 20-30 minutes. Never again!

There are much better pizza restaurants in Hammonton-Nino's Pizzarama, Brothers and Bruni's, just to name a few. In each I felt like I was a welcomed customer, not so at Tony Soprano's.

I over heard this blonde girl (marissa) yelling at employees and being very ignorant to customers +the employees. After I was finished my meal I had to wait about a good hour before I could get my bill paid. When marissa walked back inside she reeked of marijuana and look like she had been on pills for days on end. I dont understand why they would have such an ignorant person working there!! I will NEVER come back to this place ever again!!!!!

I see that Tony Sopranos hadn't changed. When I drive by sometimes, it's classy seeing the workers smoking in front of the place.
