The pointing of fingers doesn't help us much. How about some info on when we can expect payment. When you owe the government, they collect....when they owe you, in some cases you will die waiting. Where's the justice?

i dont know if anyone is still writing on here or checking this site but i am still going all the way with this thing i dont care who i have to go through to find answers or where i have to go i will find the answers we are all looking for. i mean this has gone on long enough and i feel it is time for it to end at least give us something to stand on i have high hope that one day this all will be over and done and we can all move on.

Hey Wesley,I'm still checking out this page at least once a week.It's been pretty quiet for some time now.Have you or anyone else talked to Layrisson lately to see what is going on with this case.I,m sure it will be the same old story about how the state is so broke.I,for one,don't believe that the state is that broke.They had a huge surplus of money last year that they could have used to pay thier debt to us,but did not.Keep us updated and I will do the same if I get any new information.

hey john i have not heard anything in a while last i heard was back in sept about some meeting put on by mr.pugh and thats all i know but i am back on top of it again and i am going strong at it to find answers wish me luck and i am glad that there is people still holding on to their faith through this and the state is not broke they just dont want to pay they would rather run and hide and wait till it goes away then face it head on. well for one i not gonna back down or even stand down anymore i will find answers and i will find out the truth GOD BLESS!!!!!!!!

I am still here Wesley. I still have faith. It enrages me to think that the Corp can be pursued regarding Katrina and we still don't have an end in sight. You were there, I was there. I remember being hauled out by the Nat Guard in the deuce-and-half. I remember all of our belongings in the yard and the water marks up to the windows. I remember my truck and tractor completely under. I remember worrying about my animals. I want this to be put in the past and as long as the state holds our reward from the state this stays vivid in my memory.

ok i just got off the phone with mr. jean paul layrisson and he told me that he is still fighting to get this all resolved within the next session which starts in march of 2010 they are getting a deal to bring to the state and this time they will not take no for a answer now the meeting will sometime soon i hope everyone can make it i will keep yal updated on this as i find out little by little.here is my lil prayer (lord please help us keep our faith filled and our heads up through this as your plans unfold for us all and help us win this case and bury the past and let it stay there we love you in jesus name we pray amen)
