Dearest Courtney,

Praise tonight, that your soul may rest at peace. Our GOD has known your life, loved you, and will protect you in his kingdom for always.

...Your Faith, Love, and Trust as a child was stronger than most of any age.

We will never let your spirit and memory be forgotten dear precious child. You are an angel, a spirit that will live in us all forever.

Rest your spirit and heart tonight, that justice will finally be done.

cindy landry is just lucky she didnt get a charge as a accomplice for allowing her brother to wash his bloody clothes at her house. so much for small miracles.she is free to write on the internet and pretend she is a great mom and point fingers at everyone else. the system, the da, the police. funny there are always 3 pointing back at you cindy. jennifer believed in the wrong person, in forgiveness, and second chances, her only fault. besides that,-I- know for a fact that the shell of a man , gerald bordelon, will take his last breath on the 7th of jan. hope you can slip him some tongue cindy before your poor brother goes to HELL,but worry not, there is a spot for your white trash a** in hell also.
YOU are a sick individual, Gerald Bordelon accepted his sentence, choose to die, and it is very understandable that others find joy in that. When someone is strangled, where are you getting the blood shed on any clothes from??? I, Cindy, had no control of him washing his clothes, did not allow, control what he chose to do. Gerald is responsible for his behavior, not I. I was honest and testified to exactly what he and others did as I was sworn in to do. Just because I testified to the fact, has no bearing on me alllowing anything. I knew from the minute charged he would get the death penalty, you do not walk in my shoes- never have, and there is no credence to what you say. Me stating facts about the proceedings of the case and the DA, Judge, and defense attorneys behavior bothering you is your problem- not mine. In 1990, it was the DA in EBR rouge parish that allowed a plea bargain from 40 years to 20, allowing him parole in 10 years which I tried to intervene on. Gerald should have been kept in prison, and was not. Courtney never deserved any ills in her life, and it is not acceptable that she lost her life in such a heniuos crime. Gerald has paid for his crimes, he wanted to die, and I find peace in that. God says, those who judge do the same, and vengenance is his...Jennifer suffered a great loss, and has suffered enough for that. I am sorry her family lost such a beautiful sister, daughter and member of their family.

There is a First Admendment right to freedom of speech, and noting the Kangaroo court Scoott Perrilloux, Judge Bennet, and Charlotte Herbert presented does not exclude the fact that they could have went straight by the law and gotten the same result....ethics is very lacking in the judicial system, and that is were the blame toward them goes. Not in any way that Gerald should not have paid for his crimes. Anyone committing violent acts towards others should be prosecuted to the fullest extent. God Bless.

Don't forget the death threat letters Jennifer wrote--they to deserve prosecution, and that is something else LIV and the FBI have choose to ignore. This, they will have to live with.

''YNOT'' is Tony, Jennifer's current boyfriend. He is taking up for Jennifer with the information that Jennifer has told him, which means he has no clue of what he is speaking about. For someone to even consider a relationship with her, they would have to be sick also. She is an extremly ugly indivdual, inside and out. Get a clue ''ynot''

It is nice to be able to put a name and face to the one man that choose to assist Jennifer with mailing the death threat letters. Boyd Applegate. Her co-heart and partner in crime did so. He was the 18 wheeler truck driver whom drove cross country through the western US to LA...mailing the letters in route to LA. Jennifer- the truth always comes out, one way or another. There are witnesses that eventually tell all they know!!!

And for Scott Perrilloux to allow such letters to be addressed to his courthouse and not to prosecute only goes to show his loyalty to Jennifer Kocke. He knew if he did prosecute the death threat letters that he would not get a death penalty conviction on Gerald- so he choose to take a life, while ignoring explicit death threats towards others lives. How ethical you were mr perrilloux. Aren't you so proud of your actions.
Wayne Stewart only accepted the case to represent Gerald -"if he dropped a motion to put the death threat letters on record" thereby guaranteeing that Gerald did not have all the truth put on the stand. Another pay off by Perrilloux and Herbert team. Stewart was also told by the Da's office- Not to bring up the Suppression Hearings and all that went into getting the Suppression. Herbert knew the trouble it would cause, although she still put into the record that she had full knowledge of the communications between Gerald and his sister which she told the Judge that . "We will never know what Cindy Landry told her brother," during the suppression hearings....knowing this would get the suppression overruled. People are not blind as you want them to be--Stewart, Bennett, Herbert and Perrilloux- not to mention the Chief Public Defender McIntyre. You all are all in co-hoots together. The proof is in the record.
Others should explore such matters, especially the Judical Commission.

I'm doing a research paper on Gerald Bordelon's psych profile. Could anyone tell me about Gerald Bordelon's life growing up, employment, education, spiritual beliefs, history of coping and mental disorders, etc.

I no longer live in Louisiana, but did as a child. I was related to the Kocke's through marriage. My sister was married to Jennifer's uncle. I remember hearing about her daughter being murdered and my nephew who is her cousin, told me that it was the thought of the most of the Kocke family that Jennifer was guilty of allowing a dangerous man around her children and he had no remorse for her, just the child. Jennifer and I were friends when we were children, being the same age. When I was 8 years old, I spent the night at Jennifer's home. She told me that she and her brother Damian would "hump" each other. I did not know what this meant, so she said she would show me. She called Damian into the bathroom and they began rubbing each other's genitals and she layed on the floor of the bathroom so Damian could "hump" her. I was 8 years old and found this weird, but didn't say anything to anyone because I knew it was wrong and I didn't want to get in trouble for having watched it. Later that night, Jennifer and I were sleeping on the floor in sleeping bags and she unzipped my sleeping bag and started to rub my private area. She then took my hand and made me touch her. I knew it was wrong and thought it was gross, so I zipped up my sleeping bag and told her to leave me alone. I never went back to her house again and I never played with her again. Thank God my family moved out of state and I never had to deal with her again. I have read all of these entries and, now as an adult, I know she must have been molested herself as a child. I don't know who did it, but it's possible it was her father, as I have read. It is evident that she is mentally ill, perhaps a personality disorder with sociopathic tendencies. Whatever the case, she has a dead child and will someday pay for all the pain she has caused.

You are right there are NO WINNERs in this case! However, knowing as much as I do about the case (because I am related to Courtney - NOT her mother) Justice still has not been served! That is what all of the conversations are pointing out. I want the authorities to do something for Courtney's sake...since they didn't do ANYTHING when she was alive!!! She tried to get help from them but to no avail!!! Jennifer has been allowed to walk free - SHE SHOULD BE IN JAIL for her crimes!!! Where is the justice for Courtney - her own "mother" DIDN'T DO A THING TO HELP HER - instead she continued to let her child be tormented and then eventually murdered! As far as the family mourning - specifically Jennifer - she has done nothing of the sort - unless the cameras are on, then she will perform. I saw her at the wake and she acted like it was a family reunion! Sorry no sympathy here!!! If it had been my child in the coffin I would have been hysterical!!! and not running arround like it was a party!
When you have buried a child then you can have an opinion! It's called SHOCK

Wow the ignorance on this site truly amazes me. Instead of being able to speak the truth about issuses you people have to make things up. But be very careful about the things you say because the is something called defamation and if you put it in write it's liable. DEFAMATION - An act of communication that causes someone to be shamed, ridiculed, held in contempt, lowered in the estimation of the community, or to lose employment status or earnings or otherwise suffer a damaged reputation. Such defamation is couched in 'defamatory language'. Libel and slander are defamation.

Although defamation is primarily governed by state law, the First Amendment safeguards for freedom of speech and press limit state law. New York Times v. Sullivan, 376 U.S. 254, 264 (1964); Masson, 501 U.S. at 510. The scope of constitutional protection extends to statements of opinion on matters of public concern that do not contain or imply a provable factual assertion. Milkovich, 497 U.S. at 20 (rejecting categorical exemption of all statements in form of opinion; statement that may imply verifiable assertion of fact is actionable).
To determine whether a statement implies a factual assertion, courts examine the totality of the circumstances in which it was made. First, they look at the statement in its broad context, which includes the general tenor of the entire work, the subject of the statements, the setting, and the format of the work. Next they turn to the specific context and content of the statements, analyzing the extent of figurative or hyperbolic language used and the reasonable expectations of the audience in that particular situation. Finally, they inquire whether the statement itself is sufficiently factual to be susceptible of being proved true or false. See Partington v. Bugliosi, 56 F.3d 1147, 1153 (9th Cir.'94)(applying three-factor test as the starting point for analysis); Unelko Corp. v. Rooney, 912 F.2d 1049, 1053 (9th Cir.'90), cert. denied, 499 U.S. 961 (1991).

'[T]he First Amendment requires that the courts allow latitude for interpretation.' Partington, 56 F.3d at 1154 (quoting Moldea v. New York Times Co., 22 F.3d 310, 315 (D.C.Cir.), cert. denied, 115 S.Ct. 202 (1994)).

The speaking slanderous words of a person so as to hurt his good fame.

In the United States, the remedy for defamation is by an action on the case, where the words are slanderous.

In England, besides the remedy by action, proceedings may be instituted in the ecclesiastical court for redress of the injury. The punishment for defamation, in this court, is payment of costs and penance enjoined at the discretion of the judge. When the slander has been privately uttered, the penance may be ordered to be performed in a private place; when publicly uttered, the sentence must be public, as in the church of the parish of the defamed party in time of divine service, and the defamer may be required publicly to pronounce that by such words, naming them as set forth in the sentence, he had defamed the plaintiff, and therefore, that he begs pardon, first of God, and then of the party defamed, for uttering such words.

I know these things because I am a law student and my wife's an attorney. And if you don't think I can find out who you are there is a thing called your IMP address on your computer.
