None. Just like they did nothing whatsoever to Bill. Scandals are meaningless unless they're real and damage government or the public. That's why the dumb tea bagger scandals have had zero effect on Obama. I've already heard the dumb tea baggers talk about Monica and Bill's land deals when facing the fact that Hillary will be our next president. That's how scared they are of that brilliant bitch. I think it's funny. Add her to the list of shit they're afraid of - black people, college, immigrants, young people, aliens, books, women, zombies, vaginas AND Hillary. They're at least partially correct to be afraid. She represents the end of the GOP.

Actually, a poll came out yesterday showing that a little over 50% of the party wants republicans to be more conservative and a little under 50% wants them to be more moderate. That sort of schizophrenia will not serve you well in national elections.

They just haven't gotten over Watergate, have they? These "scandals" are little more than feel good moments for them. Sadly, in the true scheme of things, they amount to nothing.

Nope. He lost the election because Ross Perot took away a signifiant portion of his vote. Given the fact that the GOP/Tea Party is suffering from the same schizophrenia right now, I would say that will happen again in 2016 when Hillary becomes your next president.

"Tea Party principles" are political death. Let's be honest - the tea party is both offensive and damaging to THE MAJORITY OF AMERICA. Think about it. Women alone make up 43 percent of the entire electorate. There's another 22 percent in blacks, hispanics and immigrants. Let's not pretend that the tea baggers are courting their vote - they're directly working against those groups. So if you're going to win an election while 65 percent of Americans are totally unlikely to vote for you, you must be using special tea bagger math. Sort of like the special methods you used to discover vagina magic. "Adhering to tea party principles" will cost ANY and EVERY candidate a national election. There's no way around it.

In all likelihood, the GOP will gain seats in the House. The GOP can perform well (although not as well as in the past) in small district elections. But nobody cares. It's meaningless. What are they gonna do, vote to repeal Obamacare for the 40th time? But I'm afraid that a moderate has no chance in a presidential primary. So you dumbasses will elect a tea bagger like Cruz. Then he'll lose by 10 points in the general election because regardless of party, people refuse to elect idiots to the White House after Bush. And any tea bagger candidate will be outed as an amazing idiot through his voting record of legislating vaginas and in the debates. Remember Rick Perry or Herman "beki beki beki" Cain? You'll WISH you had douchers like that this time around.

I honestly don't mind if the GOP gains seats. I just want the Tea Party to lose seats. Democrats and republians have demonstrated in the past that they can and will work together. Look at the contentious relationship between Tip O'Neil and Ronald Reagan. They still managed to work for the good of all America. The Tea Party does not have the nation's best interest in mind.. They are funded by special interest and those are the people they represent.

I am starting to see more and more mainstream republican politicians turn away from the Tea Party. It's clear that Boehner can't manage the group of inexperienced nut case Baggers he has in the House and if republicans are smart, they will rid themseles of these ignorant sacks of fecal matter known as the Tea Party. Because if they don't, America is going to go off and leave them behind.

Love the optimism bro, but I'm afraid that's all it is. I think it's too late. Democrats are smart and won't play softball anymore. We've both said the reason why we're now relentless in our punishing of conservativism at every opportunity is because we learned what happens when we're complacent. Bush happens. We're not the only ones. So even if the GOP comes out and disavows themselves of the tea baggers, we'll still mangle them and call them dumb tea baggers every time they try to cut aid for the poor, healthcare, abortion laws, etc. It's too late. George Bush was a great weapon for democrats. The tea baggers are an ICBM tipped with a nuke.

Tea baggers called themselves tea baggers before the dumbasses realized how goddamn stupid it was. We call them tea baggers because it's hilarious. Democrats, on the other hand, can just be called IN CONTROL. Idefinitely.

You're disconnect with the reality that most Americans want illegal aliens to have a path to citizenship is indicative of the reasons why you guys are mired in the fringes and screaming from the sidelines.

Should we add DETROIT!!! to BENGHAZI!!! and SOCIALISM!!! and SCANDAL!!! to the hilarious list of scary words that dumb tea baggers use to get all uppity? Hilarious. Look at the red states. Now look at a map of the states that lead in unemployment, poverty, welfare, teenage pregnancy, etc. They'll match. Perfectly. Then look at the blue states and see which ones lead the nation in income levels, education, standard of living, etc. Detroit. Hilarious.
