i think it is great someone has finally realized what a jewel they have . my mother lived in that house back in the early 60's before i was born. and always said that was one of the first victorian farm houses in the county. if the new owner needs help fixing it up. i gladly help.i hate it when people tare down old houses. so they can build a new modern one. what they do not realize they are getting rid of our local and national history. the articture the craftsman ship. that went in to building these old houses, you do not find that today.considering when that house was built.
it was before the civil war and they did not have power tools all the wood was cut and planed by skilled hands, of a fading trade. again if this person need help.i'm on hubball road just look for the crazy lady.
