Ridiculous! This is not a race issue. It is an economic and environmental one designed to keep students intheir neighborhoods with their families and neighborhood friends. This is the same type of school assignment I and millions of other people grew up with in the past. Honestly the issue should be making sure EVERY school gets the same treatment and any underperforming schools to get more. That's the issue that should be foremost in the minds of all involved.
