There ought to be a law that there will be NO spending. ZERO.. NOTHING, until the budget is balanced. People need to wise up and realise the well is dry, and were all going to be finished if the interests with their big money and lobbyists continue to milk the till until it is beyond empty. Come to think of it, the till is beyond empty. If your gas guage on your says empty, and your car is stopped, you notice your in a fix. Well this is more serious.......... Think people think!
