Father, son charged with animal cruelty after horse rescued

A father-son team from Georgia who had been backpacking with four horses in the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness since June have been cited for animal cruelty, according to the Ravalli County Sheriff's Office.

What they have done to these horses is dispicable. How could someone not see that the horses are just skin & bones with open sores?? These guys should suffer as much as the horses have!!
