you have to buy car insurance don't you? The gov't requires it. How is this different?
There are two things that make that different.

1. Not all states require that you buy auto insurance. For example, New Hampshire does not require auto insurance, even if you own a car and drive it on their roads. And other states do not require it as well.

2. You are NOT required to purchase auto insurance by ANY state merely due to the fact thay you exist. But the Obamaniac's Obamacare law REQUIRES you to buy health insurance merely by the virtue that you exist. THAT is CLEARLY UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

Twenty-six states, a MAJORITY of the states in the Union, have files suit claiming that Obamacare is clearly unconstituional, and so far the courts have agreed with them in declaring Obamacare unconstitutioanl. Are a MAJORITY of the states wrong ???!!!

This BUM should be impeached (he may well be) for violating the U.S. Constitution which he SWORE to uphold.

We impeached TWO (2) DEMOCRATIC Presidents !

Can we do it again ?!

"YES, We Can !"

Then why did the Obamanic sign an EXTENSION of the Patriot Act that is even MORE RESTRICTIVE than the one Bush signed ???!!!

And when is the Obamaniac "ending the wars" like he promised to ?! Since he is Commander-In-Chief, can't he do that anytime he wants ?!

Or was he, ummmm.... what's the word ??? Oh yeah. LYING ???!!!

If I remember my US History correctly, a subject you ought to take, yes 2 US Presidents who were democrats have been impeached neither were convicted. One Republican US President has been impeached, Richard M. Nixon, who chose to resign in disgrace rather than face trial and probable conviction in the US Senate.

From history I would say it is the Republicans who have a problem following the law not Democrats.

Briefly, the Presidents of the United States that have impeachment proceedings brought on them :
-Andrew Johnson, February 24 1868 - was acquitted on May 26 1868 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Impeachment_of_A...
-Bill Clinton, December 19 1998 - was acquitted on February 12 1999

proceedings were begun against Nixon in the house of representatives, however, he stepped down from the Presidency prior to formal charges brought. On and President Ford pardoned Nixon. the house judiciary committee voted 27 to 11 on July 27, 1974 to recommend the first article of impeachment against the president: obstruction of justice. The second: abuse of power, and third: contempt of Congress articles were passed on July 29, 1974 and July 30, 1974, respectively. August 8, 1974, Nixon made a speech and formally resigned his post as President. on September 8, 1974, President Ford issued a full and unconditional pardon of President Nixon, immunizing him from prosecution for any crimes he had "committed or may have committed or taken part in" as president.
