Piss OFF! You have no idea, what people are going through, missing someone you will never see again. never be able to hold them. You have no idea what it is like to loose the only reason you had to breath.and trying to breath now is hard beacuse you miss them so badly. The bottom line is there was no need for the cop to chase, he thought he would get a at-a-boy, he had a thing for Brian Bowers and this was his chance to get him. but it back fired and took several other lives instead. now he laughs and jokes about it, cause he got Kearneys name on the map. I miss them so badly I dont want to be here with out them it is just not the same, I am alone now

the point is, the police were called to the bowers for a disturbance amoungst the family, so all the extra people at the house left to let the police handle the situation that did not involve them, Hatfield pulls up not even in uniform, doesnt stop at the house to make sure everyone is okay, sees a car pulling away from the house and immidiatly starts chasing the car in which he has no idea who that person is. In the tape he states that brian bowers is in the vehicle, why would he be chasing brain bowers in the first place? the call the mother made to the police was about her other son josh bowers, so why did Hatfeild try chasing brian bowers in the first place? Back to the 911 call, if hatfeild was so concerned with the wellbeing of the community why didnt he stop to make sure the mother that called the police was safe and unharmed? what if she was hurt and needed paramedics? hatfeild didnt stop to see, why does he think she called 911? she needed help from the officer in which she did NOT get any help from him, he just plainly assumed like always and chased after someone he ASSUMED was in the car which had nothing to do with the situation in the first place. So lets say the mother "Mary Bowers" was hurt and needed help from the officer, and lets remind each other that he did not stop to see if anyone needed help, lets say that she died because of lack of help from the law and no one to get paramedics, who would be at fault then? Im not putting the blame on anyone inparticular because they both are at fault, but all im saying is that the officer was called to the house in concern of the mothers well being and he did not take the time to stop and make sure that she was okay, he just drove right passed the house in which resulted in the dealths of 4 people, when he should not of been chasing them in the first place. He did not know that William was driving, he states in the tape Brian Bowers is driving, so he had no way of knowing it was william and that he had warrants, so therefore no reason to chase the vehicle, bo reason to arrest. He should of stuck with the job he was called to do and checked on the mother that called 911. Brian Bowers is not a criminal so i dont see why he was so anxious to catch him for in the first place. But OOPS jokes on him because turns out Brian wasnt even in the car that day.

i have to say somethin ghte COP WAS wrong LAWSON DID NOT EVEN KNOW THEY WERE HEADED For 69 hwy there was no calls but to a sherriff Clay county HELLO he ran them all the way to lawson.. I hope he suffers FOR what he has caused.. family of the law has no right making life end.. he was wrong

Brian Bowers should have been in that car! He is a drug dealing mofo. That is probably why Barney was after him. Along with all of the back child support and shit. Along with out standing warrants. I know Barney's past. I know how he can be. But those boys should have stopped PERIOD! They were the one's who ran, Barney was just doing his job. And another patrol car did go to the house to make sure Mary was okay. Brian has caused soo much pain and suffering within his own family. He's not even a dad. he's a sperm donor.
