i've heard alot about a man on Mann road. He lives about one mile away from where Mann runs into trammel mill road, i have property on this road and i have been told by many locals stories of stolen property, constant arrests, a possible manslaughter case, etc. I can sit in my field and hear him screaming and yelling at an unknown person at almost all times. I've been warned by Mr. Jolly that he is trouble. I WANNA KNOW if anyone can tell me any info on this unknown person, like a story, or a warning to really really stay away! please reply, concerned neighbor.
